If you’re in the Bay Area, Yuan Bistro is a must-try for traditional Northeastern Chinese dishes! The Guo Bao Rou is freshly fried with a perfect balance of sweet and sour, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The Suan Cai Yu is tangy and fresh, with black fish, tofu, and vermicelli in a delicious broth. Highly recommend the sweet potato leaves and spicy chicken cartilage too. Authentic and delicious!
Awesome tomato & egg noodles! Tasty, has a little vegies also and huge portions (for this dish; can't personally speak for others but I do usually see others take doggy bags too). Enough to feed 2. I always bring half of it home.
