Disappointed with New âLight Iceâ Policy
Iâve been a regular Starbucks customer for years, but my recent experience left me quite disappointed. I ordered an iced coffee with light ice, expecting the usual amount of milk and coffee, just less ice. Instead, they gave me significantly less drink overall â it was noticeably underfilled.
When I asked about it, the barista told me itâs part of a new policy. That doesnât make sense â light ice shouldnât mean less beverage, especially when youâre paying the same price. It feels like a sneaky way to cut portions without telling customers.
I hope Starbucks rethinks this policy. As a loyal customer, I expect better transparency and value.

for experience, your first time in Fremont and Milpitas area this is the worst Starbucks was in the drive-through. Customer service sucks. Very rude service would never come back here again especially the girl who worked in the front today. Very rude.

Super fast drive thru. We didnât even wait 5 minutes from ordering our drinks to driving away with them. EXCELLENT customer service!!
I have been here more than 10 times since itâs the closest one to me but they NEVER say hello, goodbye or call my name when the drink is ready. The one of the staff even threw the food on the pickup location because she was rushing. Very rude. All the staffs are the WORST compared to other Starbucks. I always feel bad when I visit here. I tried to give them more tips but they have always same poor service regardless.

Drinks always taste great and the service is fantastic. It's nice when Baristas remember your order and name. I usually order a few times during the week with the mobile app before heading to work and it's been very convenient. This branch also has a drive-thru for speedier service.

I was coming from Cupertino from the office and while driving home I felt so thirsty that quickly I added a drive thru Starbucks on my google maps and it directed me to this Starbucks. I was able to get the caramel frappe and the service was great. Mainly it solved my thirst issue but was feeling guilty to buy from here as they are pro Israel war supporters and Anti-Palestinians.
