Disappointed with New “Light Ice” Policy
I’ve been a regular Starbucks customer for years, but my recent experience left me quite disappointed. I ordered an iced coffee with light ice, expecting the usual amount of milk and coffee, just less ice. Instead, they gave me significantly less drink overall — it was noticeably underfilled.
When I asked about it, the barista told me it’s part of a new policy. That doesn’t make sense — light ice shouldn’t mean less beverage, especially when you’re paying the same price. It feels like a sneaky way to cut portions without telling customers.
I hope Starbucks rethinks this policy. As a loyal customer, I expect better transparency and value.

for experience, your first time in Fremont and Milpitas area this is the worst Starbucks was in the drive-through. Customer service sucks. Very rude service would never come back here again especially the girl who worked in the front today. Very rude.
