​I love this Starbucks location on Great Mall Parkway! It’s fairly new, having only been open for a couple of years, and the service is already top-tier. The staff is consistently amazing and the management is fantastic!

Becca and her crew are always so helpful and positive. She never complains and always greets you with a genuine smile. It’s a great, well-managed spot and the vibes are always perfect!

I would not buy caffe latte once again in Starbucks, it's was like hot water and milk without any espresso. Yew :)

Doesn't the store open at 5am? Myself and three others were outside waiting at 530am.

Location of this Starbucks is the worst. Just a grab and go can be hard due to sharing parking with trader joe. I once have to park really far to just get a coffee. Not really a great location but other than that it’s ok

If you notice a staff member named Lisa (black hair, medium height, fair skin tone) at the counter, it’s best to visit a different branch. I’ve noticed she’s usually there on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Unfortunately, my past experiences with her have been quite unpleasant she often gets orders wrong and seems unwelcoming, especially toward Indian customers. For example, I ordered a short cappuccino but was given a tall, and my husband’s protein latte (which he requested warm) was served cold. It felt intentional, so we simply chose to ignore it and not engage.

The best Starbucks in a 20 mile radius. Clean, open lobby with lots of charging ports and friendly staff. Only downside is that the bathroom sink smells like mold.
