I walked in while having an offer on my phone Starbucks app. I showed my phone to the barista and she didn’t even care to look and had an attitude while talking. She didn’t even mind to answer my questions. I felt bad after dealing with her rude attitude. I’m not going there anymore.

There has been two times now in a row that I ordered the same drink, and this is how they give it to me. Every time I complain. They say they cannot help me.
This is the dragon fruit refresher with coconut milk for reference. I did not ask it to be prepared the way it’s shown on the tag.

I have to wait 10 minutes to order coffee. There are not enough employees. Those who do take orders only after they finish chatting.

Super slow service. Short staffed. Dont know how machines work.

I've been coming to this location for about six months now, and it is quickly going down hill. Twice now I've been given attitude, once for asking for the bathroom code, and a second time my order was incorrect and instead of fixing it, I was told sorry as she walked away.
Good thing there are other locations to choose.

This store is usually good and gets my drinks correct but today- Not. If I ask for Extra Cf and Standard ice in a Grande drink why do some baristas assume it’s Okay to adjust the drink thinking I’d be happy with less ice so I get more of the drink….I didn’t ask for it. With the ice adjustment the extra foam sinks to the bottom. Why offer customizations if they don’t even follow it!

Really slow service, no one greets and they ALWAYS leave your drink settling in the blender for a few mins before pouring the drink into your cup

This 5 star review isn’t for the food or coffee cause Starbucks coffee is mid and we really only go for convenience and the mandatory caffeine kick .

The 5 stars is for the gentleman in the photo because I’ve yet to meet a Starbucks worker that is just truly pleasant all around and provides such excellent customer service.

If I lived in town I’d visit this Starbucks during his shifts ONLY. 👏 Starbucks needs to give him a raise .

I ordered a matcha based drink and it was flaky and unmixed, I ordered a venti and it only had ¼ of the drink in there, the cup was completely clean from where the drink ended so my door Dasher didn't drink it meaning that's all they served me which is a rip off and a waste of my money and time
