Rude staff and a tipping system that is basically begging for tip. I always tip for coffee but I like to round it up to full dollar for fun. Their payment system basically only leaves two choices - 20% and 25% - putting a number manually (or skipping tipping entirely) will take time and nobody wants to stand in front of a line and do that. They are exploiting this to force customers to tip IMO. I hate places that enforce tipping, I tip much more when they don't ask.

My wife forgot her laptop on one of the tables. The people in there kept it safe for her. She got it back the next morning.

I’ve never waited that long for a coffee! It took 28 mins to get a simple americano venti. There were a lot of customers but there we're 4 associates and they just took forever for everyone’s drinks and apparently this is just their “way” at this location! While I was waiting I could hear the other customers complaining on how long it always takes to get their orders.

This is the worst Starbucks experience I have ever had. We had to wait almost 30 minutes for 3 drinks. They forgot one of our drinks and I had to remind them twice while they kept taking new orders and telling me to wait while they finished them.

The staff did not listen when I asked not to have a disposable cup used while making my drink. They said they would just pour it over the counter into my personal cup, but another staff decided to use a double-layer paper cup first.

Exceptionally great service! The new management and team were splendid to order from. They have definitely improved from the last manager from years prior. Leslie & Ryan were very kind and welcoming to assisting my family and I. Will definitely be back due to such a positive experience!

Purchased on 6/7. If the employees of the Starbucks brand are dissatisfied with our poor service attitude because we are close to closing time, I can accept it. But if the poor service attitude is because we are Asians, how should I say this?
In an open shopping mall, you don't make my drink first, but eat your meal first. Such deliberate behavior, I can reasonably suspect that Starbucks employees are discriminating!

Worst experience. Took 30 minutes just to get a strawberry acai drink whereas got the 2 cappuccinos immediately. Had to remind them multiple times. Don't know why they don't serve all items if an order together and make us wait unnecessarily. Not convinced by whatever maybe the order in which the software shows them to prepare stuff but all people who ordered after me already got theirs. So worst experience here
