Closes at 8:30 pm. Came at 5:38pm on a Sunday and they said they were closed early. Like what?? There was someone in front of me and people came behind as well. Not sure how they're still in business if they dont take any orders.

Customer service is lacking at this location. I order via the app every time and when I select drive through for pickup I show up in the time window the app says. This location (and only this location) berates me at the speaker telling me “Your order isn’t ready and you need to show up when the app says”. When I tell them I am and then pull up to the window and show them they double down on their show up with the app says and that it’s going to change to allow more time for mobile orders.

After multiple times being talked to like a child I decided to go inside and ask to speak to a manager. I was told the manager wasn’t in and when asked when they said they didn’t know when the manager was in “I don’t see their schedule”. Then the shift manager (or whatever the title the person told me she was) said they were told to tell everyone who has a mobile order about waiting and times changing.

I’m not asking for special treatment (I spend over $1,000 a year at Starbucks) but when did this location (and only this one as I go through a lot of Starbucks drive throughs) loose their sense of customer service. If making your customers feel uncomfortable is your thing then this location is where you want to go. Just know that not only have I stopped going to this location I have cut back on Starbucks in general due to this locations unfriendly staff.

I’ve ordered here many times, but every single time, something is missing. They’ve forgotten the whipped cream, the sriracha, the salted caramel cream I paid extra for ($1.25!), and even sugar. Despite this, I keep ordering because it’s close to my house, hoping they’ll improve—but they never do. It’s disappointing that these issues keep happening. I’d love to see better attention to detail from them because it’s frustrating to pay for something and not get what you ordered.

Came through drive thru this morning at about 10:18 am my order was about &30.00 with breakfast egg&sausage wrap, impossible sandwich, apple crisp croissant venti pumpkin spice latte& venti pikes place coffee . Pikes place coffee lid was not put on right, coffee lid came off and spilled on my spouse. He noticed it was white water& cream ? Went back to the drive thru and drove to the window . I placed the drink on the drive thru counter and let the worker (her ) know that there is no coffee ? it is a venti cup full of water with cream . She was bothered I complained and instead of apologizing she rudely says we don’t take drinks back ? I left it on the drive thru counter cause that was rude I was not asking to take it back but placed it on the counter so she can see it was not coffee. I asked nicely if I can get a replacement pikes place coffee and she rudely said of course you are going to get a new one . she was very bothered at this point! She then continued to say the coffee beans might of not came down so it was only water ( when I was a barista at Starbucks pikes place coffee was made like a regular coffee pot and beans were for espresso machine ? like why not apologize and just have it re made? Makes me wonder why they did not look in the cup prior to putting a lid on it . ( the cup had a sticker that said venti pikes place) Worker got on her head set to explain the issue not knowing I could hear her ! ( how rude is that ?) I have never encountered an unhappy employee at a Starbucks like today ! Customers are always right when it comes to preparing what they are paying for. ( when I was a barista Starbucks it was a fun job to work for and everyone smiled and greeted the customer) I highly recommend you double check your order prior to driving off ! ( to the worker from a manager perspective I highly recommend you just apologize to the customer and just have the order re- made in reality it was not your fault but you made it a bigger problem for being rude !
