The lady (mexican) that was there was not attentive at all. I ordered the #11 which has 3 meats - ham, turkey, and roast beef. The sandwich was very small and did not have much meat at all. It was not a good sandwich and the "homestyle" chicken noodles soup was not good at all. The sandwiches at TOGO'S are much better. The sandwiches at Safeway and the soup are WAY better than what was served. If you are going to remain in this business please do a better job

got very sick eating a tuna sandwich went to the ER twice contacted the owner. She pulled the tuna and said everything was fine. No one else got sick well the tuna sandwich also had produce on it lettuce spinach tomatoes on my sandwich, so maybe that was the reason that was the only thing I ate and I got sick about an hour or two after been sick four days I have eaten subway sandwiches at least once a month for years i'll never eat there again! How

I came here on 11/8/23 for lunch with a group of colleagues. We ordered sandwiches, drinks, chips, and cookies. A colleague and I asked for a cup for water and we were denied water by the 2 Mexican ladies that were working there. They told us that they don't give cups for water and that we need to purchase the fountain drink or bottled water. They also have bad attitude and were extremely rude. Also, the sandwiches they made were unusually small compared to other Subways I've been to.

Do not use EBT SNAP to purchase food from this place. I got skimmed there, This is the last place I would come to for a sandwich. It is the only subway I know that accepts EBT SNAP and unfortunately now I know why.

The rudest subway service in the Bay Area. The two Mexican service ladies are the same on rude and bad service level. One lady really coughed into sandwich she was handling for me. On another incident, one of ladies gave me a facial attitude when I asked for some more dashes of oil. One lady tried peeking on the receipt to see if any tip was on it. Definitely there was no tip for rude service.

Came in for the hero special. Before I go on, I will tell you that I often patronize this establishment. Today I came with my husband who could not get out the car because he is just recovering from Knee surgery. She would not give him the sandwich because he was not physically in the store. She saw him sitting in handicap in front the store. I asked her why would she not accommodate a handicap person who is a regular visitor. Alma stated it was what her owner told her to do. I will never return and will tell my family and friends not to patronize.

The service is horrible. The women were extremely rude and I saw them coughing and sneezing over the sandwiches, it was disgusting to see . This happened on 11/26/22 at 11:30 am . AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

I ordered two party trays from this location and was happy with the customer service. Alma assisted us with ordering and offered suggestions. The party trays were ready on time and the pick up was quick. The guests enjoyed the sandwiches, saying they were fresh and delicious. Thank you!

This Subway location deserves a zero star. We were shopping at CVS and decided to have Subway for healthier option. Big mistake! The two ladies were not welcome and not friendly. They spoke Spanish to one another while we tried to order. We ordered two footlong sandwiches to go, but sandwich length was 9 inches and width was 2 inches. The ladies were counting each leaf of spinach (5 leaves max per footlong); 3 sets of turkey slices on a footlong (while other subways usually put 4 turkey slices sets) and third set was spread on sandwich, four thin slices of tomatoes and 4 thin slices of cheese but was charged $2 for second of cheese and yelled that we didnt specifextra cheese is $2. We asked for dressing to go and they dismissed us say they do not have. We wondered if all Subway change their sandwich quality...but we learned from reading other reviews that it was consistent to ours experience. We will not return to this Subway location.
