OK, so the sandwiches were OK but the lady hind the counter is bad! No, really, really bad! She owns behind the counter and with her bad attitude you better know what you want, I asked for a simple question and she said can’t you see what’s on the menu?

Spent $15 bucks here and couldn’t even get a cup of water. Also the worker saw one customer behind me and started rushing my sandwich, had to tell them twice to spread everything out.

Suchhh a rude employee. I ordered on the app and she started making my order but then someone else came and she started making theirs and left me hanging. Then she skimped on veggies and the absolute cherry on the top was she already knew and confirmed it was my order by asking me and then demanded to see the order on my phone. I said I can’t pull it up on my phone so let me show you my email and the charges. She literally kept my two footlongs at the back and started working on something else far away. The gall. I called her to come and see for herself the email on my phone. Mercifully she came to her senses and came over and looked at my phone to confirm and gave me my already made order which she had very rudely kept at the back. I mead do they NOT train these employees AT ALL?!?!?. This is appalling

Very rude employee. 0 customer service. Doesnt have etiquette to talk to customers. No cash accepted and refused for dressing on the side. The store manager definitely needs to change the employees.

At this location something is always wrong either it’s the food, or service. I’ve ordered numerous times, and every single time they forget to include my side of chips, drink or utensils. Aside from the sandwich the serving portions are so off, it will be like 70% meat and very little veggies and dressing. I’ve tried to call to complain to his location just to see if I can get a replacement, but they disabled their phone. Enjoy subway, but this location is a big no
