Very rude employee. 0 customer service. Doesnt have etiquette to talk to customers. No cash accepted and refused for dressing on the side. The store manager definitely needs to change the employees.

At this location something is always wrong either it’s the food, or service. I’ve ordered numerous times, and every single time they forget to include my side of chips, drink or utensils. Aside from the sandwich the serving portions are so off, it will be like 70% meat and very little veggies and dressing. I’ve tried to call to complain to his location just to see if I can get a replacement, but they disabled their phone. Enjoy subway, but this location is a big no

This specific location, I wanted to order steak & cheese, but it wasn’t on their menu. So I ordered next best thing which was an Outlaw. But they would NOT let me alter anything. Couldn’t switch out cheeses, or sauces. Couldn’t even add lettuce.

I never had this issue anywhere else. And lady serving was attitudey when husband and I were asking nicely. So I walked out.

Never in my 16 years have I been treated with such incompetence. The absolute disgust I was treated with when asking for a simple pick up order was blasphemous. After waiting for costumer after costumer, minute after minute passing by, my patience was really wearing thin. I had received the notificatoon that alerted me of my meal being ready, but this was where all my troubles started. After arriving to the cashier, she dismissed me and began talking to her coworker. I didn't want cause a scene and so I just waited patiently for my food to be done. This led on for about 20 minutes, this was difficult to endure because rather then having one worker work with the costumers and the other on the pick up, all the their attention was diverted to the line. Even though this was an "express" pickup, we saw about 15 people receive their food before they even thought about preparing ours. Furthermore, after finally beginning to prepare our two sandwiches, there was absolutely no care in prepation and it was a sloppy mess. Finally, 30 minutes later we received our sandwiches. However, they did not give us our footlong cookie. When we asked about it, they said they had ran out, but we had already paid for it? When I asked for a refund because we did not receive a cookie, she said that we could only get the regular footlong cookie or we would just pay 5 dollars for nothing. All in all, this was an absolutely disasterous experience and a waste of time for one big sloppy mess of a sandwich. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY!!!

If you don’t have pepper jack cheese, say you don’t have it. I asked 3 times and the service person kept saying it was. But what I had in the sub was not pepper jack. Worst service!

It’s cool how fast the lady is trying to rush everyone through. Be nice if she asked more of what you wanted. She assumed my order and when I said I didn’t want certain veggies she shook them back into the trays.

It just sucks. Don't waste your money. They don't listen to your order. Rude when you walk up. Like go ful urself if you gonna treat a customer rude who is being polite to you. Sandwich making skills sucks very badly. Head over to cheese steak place..at least they make it look nice and taste good. I asked for ranch the guy put ceaser dressing on instead. Couldn't get it fixed. In retrospect I should of not paid and walked away. Edit: I threw the sandwich away and got food elsewhere.
