It just sucks. Don't waste your money. They don't listen to your order. Rude when you walk up. Like go ful urself if you gonna treat a customer rude who is being polite to you. Sandwich making skills sucks very badly. Head over to cheese steak place..at least they make it look nice and taste good. I asked for ranch the guy put ceaser dressing on instead. Couldn't get it fixed. In retrospect I should of not paid and walked away. Edit: I threw the sandwich away and got food elsewhere.

Food: 5/5 shared a 6 inch whole wheat with turkey , chicken breast mozzarella green pepper toasted! Delicious. The staff is friendly, asked if we wanted the bread toasted and let us know about the limited discount deal for the day.Recommend this place! Located conveniently inside Great Mall so definitely stop by if you get hungry after shopping! Plenty of sitting areas too as it is located in food court.

I guess I had pretty customer service because the reviews here are pretty low. I watched the lady like a hawk as she made my sandwich and has no issues whatsoever. The line here was pretty long, and the mall itself was a mess today with dog p*** everywhere, but overall my experience with this location was great. Got my foot long sandwich no problem. Overall, if you find something semi healthy at this food court, this is the place to go.

The guy working at the cashier seemed very bored and was speaking barely above a whisper. He also gave me someone else’s sub which is a major hazard, I could’ve been allergic to something in the sandwich. The ladies working were nice though
