came with my sister. ordered online, there was a skinny lady working. she messed up my order, she didn’t pay much attention to detail. worst part is store manager came, they raised their voices at each other and store manager left abruptly. this has to be my worst experience yet.

This has to be the worst subway sandwich I have ever had. It almost felt like a hollow sandwich when I opened it. It had one spinach leaf, one cucumber, one tiny piece of onion, an olive and a pickle in the name of regular amount of veggies. I wouldn’t be going here ever again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone too. The bread was extremely dry as well. What a disgrace to the beautiful subway chain.

Guess what ? I ordered here on December 31, 2024 and had to recieve before 5:35PM. Order was veggie patty. This detail I am giving so store owner can recognise him who was working. So, when I went inside , asked for my order, he said store is closed. I asked him to check online , he denied and sent me out and closed the door ... This was so annoying and disrespectful.

Went to this store an hour and 15 minutes past when they were supposed to open( the sign on the door confirmed the time). The lady tried to make me the wrong size sandwich twice. When she asked what vegetables she went into the back to grab them with the same gloves on that she made the sandwich with. I threw the sandwich out. Subway please make this right

I wish I could give zero stars. This is the absolute worst Subway and any restaurant I have ever been to. This review is NOT about the staff, it is about the owner and how inhumane the working condition is inside. As a customer, I could not breathe any air inside, it was atleast 100 degrees inside with AC not working. I have no clue how the staff is working inside whole day. I could not stand in there without having nose bleed for 5mins. This is outright workplace abuse to have them work in 100degrees temp, have the food contaminate due to the heat and NO warning sign available in plain sight that AC was not working.

Arrived on Sunday around nearly 11:30am .. we walked in and the place looked abandoned. Food was not out yet or bread being toasted in front. Worker comes out yelling at us saying we broke the door open& that she wasn't ready to open now ..we were confused ready to pay for drinks and chips at least to wait until they were ready but after the hostile welcome we ended up leaving else where.

Very bad experience. Ordered lunch . 3/8/24. Unprofessional lady. Didn’t put any cheese in the order when it was specifically mentioned. Upon checking, her reply was cheese just merged in the bread. She didn’t admit . Bread was so dry there was no sign of cheese ever there.
If you are looking for a place to piss yourselves off or ruin your perfect day, I recommend this Subway.This is definitely the worst Subway I ever been to. Terrible service. The sandwich maker didn’t wear gloves and my sandwich was over cooked, 1/4 of the FL bread turned black. After this the cashier tried to over charge me $19 for a clearly priced $12 sandwich. After I told them I literally been buying the same exact sandwich every week at different places for the past two year and know exactly how much it should be, the female worker decided to change it back to the right price. She told me an excuse of their policy changed and bla bla bla. I told them I just bought the same exact sandwich yesterday at a different place, stop lying to me, and I will never come back to this store again. One of the worker replied me with “okay, thank you.”

I've not have Subway in a while, and upon receiving it's latest coupon I decided to give it a try. I come to the store, the server told me the coupon is limited to few choices. I was able to customize the sandwich to as much as I like such as grill the cheese and tomato (lectin) on top of the bread follow by lettuce.Went the second time this week, the lady told me her store does not ALLOW COUPONS no more. I told her why didn't you tell me last time? I guess she didn't know. Well so much for this. I am going to try better sandwiches such as: Duc Huong sandwiches san jose or 111 bakery san jose ca. bye bye.

Friendly and efficient staff. I am a regular here. Been ordering 2-3 times a week for the last month. They have only messed up my order only one time but they made up for it in my next order without any fuss.

Worst experience ever. Didn't even get the food that I paid for. I ordered ahead of time and when I arrived at the agreed apon time there was a hand written note saying "We will be open again at 4:00" which is over 30mins past the time I was supposed to pick up my food. Its past 4:00 right now and I'm still waiting.

Zero stars indefinitely. Very rude lady, no mask , gloves or washed her hands. I had to tell her and the young man to clean their hands. One sandwich was so soggy it fell apart before I could get it to my husband up the street. The other one has way to much pepper it has my stomach & chest hurting. Looks like pepper was poured on it. She complained in the beginning telling me she could only give me 6 pieces of vegetables, no more or extra. I’ve never heard of this. When trying to return it they insist on remaking the food. NO THANK YOU!!! He argues with me and says that’s normal (pepper( Really? Never apologized But I’ll never return…
