Food was fine, but customer service wasn’t great. I walked inside to all the workers sitting and chitchatting in a corner, which is fine no customers to attend to, I understand. However, while one of the ladies helped make my sandwich she’s still loudly chit chatting with her co workers, and while she’s laughing I saw her saliva get on my sanchwich. Bought it, and threw it away. Service was disrespectful, I will keep buying from subway just not at the location ever again.

Very rude women at the counter. They seem unenthusiastic about the job and bad mouth customers eventually I was within hearing range. They were absolutely disrespectful to me and do not deserve to work in the service industry.

I went there after seeing there sign that it’s under new ownership and management. Safe to say that it’s made a big improvement in costumer service and overall. The nice lady that made my sandwich was very helpful and made a great sandwich. Apparently they got a whole new staff and manager than last year they switched ownership earlier this year.

I heard that they are under a new owner and manager so I decided to go check it out. I was very pleased by the lady that attended me. She knows how to make a good sandwich. Compared to the passed management. I am overall very pleased

I always walk out saying I DONT KNOW WHY I COME BACK. SMH literally the worse service there is. I ordered a footlong sandwich and asked for more onions since the girl only put hardly any on my footlong she adds like 4 strips more of onion then I ask again to please add more. She said she can't. At that point I should have walked out and canceled my order. As much as these sorry sandwiches cost and for them to skimp out on veggies now is RIDICULOUS.

Terrible service, the worker always has a bad attitude and has even forgotten vegetables on the side and the first time it happened I went inside the restaurant and it was a horrible bad attitude, a very bad experience.

I have had diarrhea for the past week since eating here due to their unsanitary improper handling of food. At one point my food was not squarely on the paper that was obviously meant to protect it from the countertop, which means the counter had to be dirty, with half of it hanging over and touching the counter. They underfill on what you ask them to add to the sandwich, barely putting in any vegetables and look at you rudely when you politely ask for more.

Terrible customer service. They will nickel and dime every ingredient. Before I even got to order I witnessed someone trying to order and asking for extra bell peppers and sauce and ended up charging the person for extras but the amount of extra they got was 3 little slices of bell pepper and a little sauce also they were giving her an attitude. They told me they don’t have the basic B.L.T sandwich on their menu anymore which is not true because I can go on the subway app and order this at the same location. This sandwich it’s apart of their classic sandwich menu. I have gone to plenty of other locations and never had a problem ordering this sandwich. They also told me they don’t have flat bread anymore but are willing to charge more for a different menu item with extra bacon to make the classic B.L.T sandwich I’ve ordered for years. I ended up leaving because I felt rushed to make a choice after they basically told me they don’t have anything I requested. Both workers seem to have a bad attitudes and are willing to lose money/customers. They don’t care about you and I hope the franchise takes a look at this location and implements some changes. I like Subway but do not recommend this location ever!
