This has been my local Subway for years and I've come here since it first opened. I won't be coming here anymore. They've severely dropped in customer service. My coupon for 2 footlongs was denied because they were running short on inventory and had to split a footlong into 2 different 6inches. Another time I was denied my coupon for using it the day before it expired. It's absurd how much this Subway deteriorated

My gift cards were no good at this location on 2 different occasions when there's still money on them since I checked on the Subway website even before going here. I guess second chances are wasted on this place. Never again.

These people are so rude to customers. They refused to use a coupon. They said it had expired. It was valid for 2 more days. I will NEVER go back to this location.

I should have learned my lesson. My third time coming here and should not have done so as previous experience were horrible also. Staff were very rude. If you request out of their regular menu, they trash talk you. They didn't know that I could understand what their saying. When I got home to check the receipt, they charged me 15% as tip!!!! That's plain robbery!!! I would not give them any tip the way they treated me and my sandwiches Never again!!!!

I purchased 3 footlong sandwiches all very well made to exactly what I ordered veggies were fresh and the counter was clean and sanitized .... the check out was quick and fast ... Been there 4 different times very happy staff was very nice ....

Ordered online on 3/5/22 but they couldn’t find my order. The employee started digging through the garbage to look for my receipt. Once she found it, she said she gave my order to someone else.She placed the receipt right on the working area and started making my sandwich again. For the whole time, she continued to touch the receipt while grabbing ingredients to make my sandwich and next customer’s salad. Needless to say the entire counter and the food ingredients are all contaminated.It’s disgusting and a clear violation of health code. You simply cannot be going through the garbage and immediately started working again without washing hands, let alone placing something from the garbage can on the working area.

I don't know what is going on with Subway, but their cheap and straight out fake marketing is startling. Half the location will put limitation on mail coupons that aren't in the fine print. This one took the cake though. I went to this location to use one of those Free Subs bonus cards you get during Christmas for buying a $25 gift card. They wouldn't honor my free sub coupon. It's the reason I got the stupid gift card in the first place. I want my effing money back, I still have the gift card. You can shove it up your a*** Subway. If you can't afford to properly compensate franchisees, don't run national advertising campaigns! You have money for Steph Curry, Charles Barkley, and a half dozen other sports figures doing your commercials, but you can't live up to promotions. I guess it's better than having a pedophile as your spokesperson for 10 years, and lying about your food being healthy. Subway bread is so much sugar it's not considered bread in Europe. And the tuna may or may not be tuna according to a recent lawsuit. Not honoring a national campaign is like welching on a bet, and you should get what's coming to you. I will never eat at a Subway again. Give me a corporate douche to contact me for a refund. I like Togos better anyway.

I ordered a sandwich that was a footlong. The bill which includes coupon was $6.53. I gave her a $10 bill and 53 cents in 3 Pennys and 50 cent piece. She looked at the 50 cent coin on both sides and went into the back and talked to I assume a manager and came out and told me they will not accept the coin. I asked her why and she repeated it. I told her it is a legal coin I got in change from the store and she has to accept legal money. They use a standard cash register. The manager hid in the kitchen and refused to come out. I cannot find the receipt which has the 5 digit store number and how to contact Subway or I would. Bad service at this store
