Their lunch special is really good!! High quality fish and dessert is amazing!! Really enjoyed
Surprised that this place was not busy at all. Great quality, presentation and service. Definitely a place to try if you've been looking for a decent Sushi restaurant around San Jose. Very limited settings but when we went at opening hours, there was no one there. There was happy hour but not much on there.

The rice is cold & hard, for all our dishes. We ordered the Seafood don, Sukiyaki don, and the rice underneath are so bad. Rice is the most basic to Japanese foods and this place failed big time.
Service is good though, but I won’t come back and do not recommend.

Overall, my wife and I enjoyed our dinner here.
The food was amazing, a more traditional tasting with some of the sushi having the skin still on.
The 3 stars for the atmosphere were due to poor communication with the seating app.
It went from 30 min to 12min.
It then went to 2 min and then gave us a negative value of 10 minutes before we received a text to stand inside. We're others were seated before us when we had clearly been there before them.

when I came to repair the refrigerator, I was surprised by the crystal cleanliness of this establishment and immediately ordered rolls for myself, they were of excellent quality and the whole family really liked it, I highly recommend this This place is for all my acquaintances and friends!

Coming from San Francisco, i have high expectations for pricey Omakase meals and was excited to see something resembling that scene in San Jose at Sushi Adachi. This far the sushi scene has fallen flat for me in the South Bay, and unfortunately continues to do so with this location. With the price of roughly $500 for 2, I expected an exclusive experience like a Kusakabe or Hinata, but was presented with an average sushi roll, bento type of shop. Highlight here was the service as they tried really hard to give us a special dining experience. But since their main customers were your average joes looking for sushi rolls and bentos, it was tough to provide the proper ambiance. The food was fresh, but lacking in flavor and had to dip all my nigiri in soy sauce. The table next to us had a family of 3 with a young child that blasted his phone while watching videos and little courtesy. Would not recommend coming here for high quality omakase
Fantastic sushi. Salmon Don was superb. Recommend starting with the spicy edamame. (It’s more “flavor” than heat—very tasty.)

First of all, the food here was absolutely amazing. I had the spicy poke don and loved every single bite. My gf sent me here in search of a California roll, but because they focus on a traditional sushi style they made their version of it. She ate every bite as well as her sashimi! I have to add that she has a VERY difficult relationship with food and often will struggle to eat more than just a little bit.I ordered for takeout, but was really impressed with the restroom that had little individual packets of mouthwash and lotion too! Only thing I would like is a bit more of aprivate setting, but I'm still looking forward to coming back for a sit down dinner!

Sushi was one of the best I’ve ever had in US. Very fresh and high quality I guess because they import fish from Japan. Sushi rice was super tasty which is rare in this area.

It's small, only about 5-6 tables, small party will be better. Not good for big group of people.Friendly & nice service, clean washroom, and I feel appreciate they provide some single packages mouth wash (mints flavor) for customer.Absolutely fresh fish for sure, food quality ok, but still have room for better seasoning, improve the tasting experience & presentation. The display wall has a lot of options of sake, However all of them are just for display only,Their mini office or storage room have too much in stock so I can actually see all those take-out containers in boxes up all the way to their ceiling, that makes the restaurant looks unprofessional and not tidy. If I am paying over $90/person for an OMAKASE, I will expect the dinning environment should not see their storage stuff up to their ceiling.By the way, you really need to "de-bone" for the salmon soup, it's not a pleasant experience if I have to de-bone myself when I am paying $90 on sushi restaurant and also tips for dinning in. Fish bones are actually make me loosing appetise, or just give it up.I will be back for sure, but it will take a while for my next visit.

Food was high quality and fresh. Very traditional Japanese with fish from Japan. Nice containers for food and just the right temperature. Staff were very nice and helpful, and gave great service.Suggestion: make the chairs lower on the bar counter for easier access and replace the soy sauce with smaller but flatter containers (easier for dipping)

Avoid ADACHI ROLLS. They say uni is mixed into rice but didn’t taste much and costs $40 for 4 PCs… rip off
