Taco Bell serves healthier meals than most places and I enjoy using the kiosks for convenience. A good deal would be some nachos and a burrito, with or without a beverage.

Impatient rude lady taking orders is no help at all and her service is completely useless. Why hire someone like this. Doesn’t understand instructions nor is wiling to help a customer

Avoid this location, there is something unethical and fishy going on. I got 3 soft regular tacos tonight and they charged me the amount that doesn’t add up. I am attaching the receipt for the awareness and If anyone can figure out :)

The employees at this taco bell don't actually listen to you when you place an order to go or through the drive threw. Sure, they'll confirm the order on screen, but out of the five times I've gone to this location, every single time they've handed me the wrong order at the window. When I ask them to fix it I'm always met with dumb stares.
It's like they just grab whatever is sitting in their warmer, toss it in a bag, and hope that you don't check your items if you atr in a hurry.
Check your food before you drive off from this location.

I always order for pick up, and the food is always made in a timely manner while still being hot and fresh!

My all time favorite the Crunchwrap Supreme to go with a cheesy Gordita crunch and a Dr Pepper.

There’s no drive-through at this location so I had to go in. Once inside, there’s no way to order from the employees you have to use the kiosk. When I was using the kiosk, it looks as if I’m ordering a side of onions and sides of sour cream, and a side of beans, but it actually is coming on your item, even though in the pictures on the kiosk, it clearly shows in a ramekin. When I went to tell the lady that I had ordered them all on the side, she disagreed with me and told me that she was sorry, and I would have to just deal with it, I should’ve told herbeforehand if I wanted it on the side. But I can’t tell her beforehand because I had to order at kiosk.

Many of the workers don't understand much english, usually not a problem but when you have to explain things a few times about your order it gets tedious. Food is fine. Expect them to get your order wrong or forget things. I assume the place is kinda depressing to work at so I hope they find a more happy place to work and with better employment practices. Prices don't bother me too much, lots of interesting choices of food

Mexican fast food restaurant.
The menu is surprisingly large and has a variety of options. It was the type where you order by touching the panel.

Made a mobile order for a chalupas box on my lunch break and proceeded to wait 10 minutes for the order. After never being announced, I went up to the counter to ask about my order. The manager seemed confused and couldn't find it, so she replaced my order in the system. It was a little busy at the time, but I proceeded to wait an outstanding additional 30 minutes. At this point, I was absolutely fed up they never announced my order or even came to tell me anything. I return to the counter and ask for the manager, and it's the same woman who replaced my order in the first place and I ask her what is going on I've been waiting for 40 plus minutes, she scambles around the food work stations and finds my box in-between the tortilla grillers. I don't know how long it's even been there at this point. My lunch is already over, and then some. I asked her why this was never announced and put in the pick-up window? She doesn't answer. So, in turn, I'm done with this, and I just ask for a refund for wasting my time, and they can keep the already cold food that she tried to serve me. She tries to bribe me with a free freeze but declined, and all I want is my money back. She walks away and tells me to wait, like I haven't been waiting long enough already. She started bad mouthing me in spanish to her coworkers and saying that it's my fault for not coming up to them and asking for the food. Not knowing I understand what they're saying. I tell her I know what you're saying and how dare you blame me for your mistake. She finally comes back after making me wait an additional 5 minutes and says we can't give refunds since you made it through a mobile order. I'm not really shocked by this answer since no one wants to take accountability for anything these days. I'm like okay well show me how to do it then on the phone. She ignored me and proceeded to walk away in a fit. I made a claim on the app, and now I have to wait for a response.
