If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered food on Ubereats for pickup. I go to pick it up and they gave the food to someone else. They try to blame it on me and tell me that I need to cancel my order and get a refund. I tell them no I won’t be able to do all of that and for them to just give me my food. The manager does not want to do it.Terrible customer service.0 stars.

The beefy melt burrito was good but the 3 hard tacos had hardly no meat, we ate more salad than tacos why are employees being stingy with food are they paying for it? No ! we are paying $15 bucks for a meal!

Horrible place. I asked for 2 water cups and they tried to charge me 2 small sodas. Cashier acted like it was my fault because he said "small water cups?" I said yes. Then he gets upset and calls his manager. The manager yells at me "no sodas." I happen to be with my 6 and 4 year old kids and they don't even drink soda so I ended upYelling back. I don't understand why these employees had to get upset at me for simply asking for water cups. If you are unhappy with you job, don't take it out on parents trying to take their children out for dinner.
