I went to redeem milk tea as a birthday gift at the weekend. I told the clerk that I wanted sugar-free milk tea, but when I got home and drank it, it contained sugar! Let me preface this by saying, I used to come here all the time pre-Covid, but I remember the tea started tasting diluted the last couple times I went to this location. I love ten ren, it's my favorite boba place, but I usually would prefer the cupertino one since I felt there was a stronger taste. I decided to give this store another try the first time after Covid and I'm pleased to say I'm impressed again. There is lots of parking in the plaza where ten ren is located. You order on the right side after walking in and pay on the left side. The speed in which they make the drinks is really fast. Most of the time you get your drinks in under 5 minutes. My favorite drink is their roasted oolong milk tea, no ice and 50% sweet. (5.50) It is decently priced for its size of drink you get compared to some other places. They maximize the tea flavors with their loose tea leaves. This causes the milk tea to have a strong oolong taste which I like. I love how the flavor isn't too overpowering having just the right amount. I also love their strawberry milk tea as an alternative choice for a fruit flavored drink. I highly recommend ten ren if you like strong tasting teas. Also, get a little higher sugar if you don't like bitter tasting teas. One of the best boba places in the Bay Area.

First time coming here and it was a great experience! The store itself isn't too big, the order counter is on one side and the register on the other. They have a lot of tea options plus they also sell tea bags and other tea items. I had the taro boba drink and it was extremely delicious. Definitely one of the best taro drinks I've had. I totally recommend coming here if you are in the area.

Workers are incredibly nice, but one of the worst drinks I've ever had and I'm an AVID BOBA DRINKER. Do not recommend matcha milk tea and strawberry Pearl milk tea. Incredibly watery, bitter (although they tried to fix), I'm surprised this place had such high reviews. Unfortunately the boba I've made on my own with tea, milk, and sugar, tastes better than this. :(

What a gem. They have a great selection of teas! Seriously reminds me of a place in LA I used to go when I was in high school called tea station. You can definitely taste the tea. I ordered the lychee green tea with boba and it was perfect. It even had fresh lychee bits as well. The price was reasonable too. Will definitely be coming back and recommend this place.
