there was some lady in there, half shaved head blue hair, extremely rude and rolled her eyes when i asked how her day was, she somehow misheard pepperoni and ended up giving me a pizza that had a million toppings on it, not to mention half the toppings were off the pizza and on one side, never going again, new management ruined the spot
Worst pizza ever. I wish I can give 0stars. I got it for my daughter’s birthday party wanting to give business to a local restaurant. The dough was so gooey and chewy and not cooked - kids didn’t want to eat the cheese pizza you can imagine how bad it was. The hostess at the desk who took the order was so rude and unpleasant. Never ever going there again! Ruined my daughter’s bday party.
If you are lucky enough to find them open, the pizza isn't bad, not as good as dragon lady pizza, but good. They are just never open when it shows they should be open.
I visited this place years ago and the pizza was amazing. There was a lady that owned it then. She could be mean but her pizza was amazing! I’m from out of state and I happened to be in town and ordered with intentions on getting the same great pizza. When I got to my destination and opened it, IT WAS AWFUL! The pizza was burnt to the point that I didn’t wven know what was on it. It looked like bugs were cooked on it. The wings had a good flavor but they were burnt as well! I took a pic and sent it to my sister who was grossed out as well. She turned me on to this place when she lived in the San Jose area. Needless to say, I threw the whole pizza away and went to Pizz’a Chicago which I should’ve gone to in the first place. I will be writing a yelp and google review. The staff were friendly though.
Not the same as childhood. Dough was raw, server was not friendly. Not coming back, unfortunately.
My pizza was burnt and it was still raw

it's not the dragon lady's pizza, but i would still eat here for lunch.
this restaurant has resisted inflation. the prices haven't changed in the 5 years since they changed ownership. or maybe their prices were already anticipating inflation and the rest of the world finally caught up.
a $7 jumbo cheese slice from the pizza box is actually a pretty strong value proposition now. there's an $8 daily deal that looks good, though it limits your options to the specialty slice of the day. their full pizza prices are about in line with other non-franchise and non-warehouse pizza places.
the sauce is more robust than i remember, though they use a bit too much of it and you have to watch out for topping slide.
the pizza is now edge-to-edge with barely any crust. the dough is less airy and more like a flatbread, almost like the bakers are pressing the dough flat and removing bubbles. it's not how i like pizza but i could see certain people preferring this style.
there are some tables and stools but it looks like they are doing away with dine in entirely and using the space for storage. pizza slices thankfully come in takeout boxes and not in paper bags (the one part of new york pizza that should not be copied)

Margherita pizza was too sweet.
The Almighty was a solid take on a combination pizza, and the sausage was good.
Decent value for a personal pizza meal.

Dude I can't believe more people don't know about this! They have deals that are for real excellent! And the quality is really good as well. I really like the Papa Juan.

I've been wanting pizza lately and some fam mentioned they used to go here in the 80s. I went to check it out and ended up getting two slices. One Pepperoni and the other was a Hawaiian. Both were pretty good. Not too soft or crunchy but the perfect in-between. You get a bang for your buck here because these slices aren't your average size slice and the price is good. The atmosphere here looks like you found a time machine and took it back to the 80s with an arcade game and an added flat-screen.

Been coming here a long time. My sister introduced me to pizza box when she was going to Milpitas high school. She graduated in '89 ?Definitely best in the area and honestly for my taste it's one of the better pizza spots in the south bay. Nothing fancy as far as toppings and different combinations. Just your typical toppings that you get at other joints. The veggies are fresh, the cheese is gooey but it's something about that dough that they have perfected. It has the perfect chew and it's not too crispy nor doughy. Service is super friendly, when I picked up a few uncle sam's Raven was so nice to help my to my car. She was cool over the phone, patient , easy to understand and thorough. Took the pies home for my daughters bday party and everyone loved it. Will be coming back again....and again.
Very good pizza and the cashier was very nice!
