Food was so good and special you can’t find anywhere in the Bay Area. Service was so great, nice people. Atmosphere was good beautiful big display.

I don't understand why they use takeout packaging for this cuisine. It's called clay pot for a reason. We'd love actual clay pot please! Thanks

If a restaurant doesn't give you a real claypot when you eat in the store, but gives you a bunch of paper lunch boxes, then where is the claypot rice?

Cash only

The claypot rice at $15.99 is on the expensive side, and the sauce is given in a cooking bag for customers to pour on themselves. There are only two broccoli flowers, and the meat portion is sufficient. I don’t like that even for internal use, it comes in a take-out carton.

The stew is $5.89, but it only contains two strips of ultra-thin chicken...

The rice house is a claypot rice restaurant but they don’t actually give u a clay pit they only cook it and serve it in plastic to go bowls.Lots of ppl just order online and get delivery as not many ppl typically dine in.But if you do dine in, there’s plenty of seating and lots of room with DIY water and stuff.Order and pay first st the registerOverall food was okay, definitely needed to eat it with their sauce packet.Would recommend their half and half to try different things out.
