The debate about where to get the best sandwich is over. The Sandwich spot has the highest quality, the best variety, and by far the best service. Hit "The Spot" it hits the spot.

The hours listed here say they close at 7, but when I came at 6:30 they were already closed. Their open sign was also lit up.

Update: Talked to the owner about the lackluster au jus for his French Dip. Changed it within a week! Great response time! Get it with tri-tip instead of roast beef! Worth it the extra cost!Main Review:Please ignore the reviews from more than a year old. This location is now under a new owner. I started coming here regularly and I was charmed by the attention to detail of this location. Almost everything is fantastically made. I met the owner, Robert, and he changed cooking standards to improve quality. The tri-tip is made fresh every day and never frozen, unlike before when it was *shudder* kept in the freezer for three days after being cooked. He also works the line with all of his employees, so this place is managed well due to the improved perspective. I respect establishments that have these kinds of owners. The employees were also knowledgeable of their menu and are clearly very happy and friendly from the higher morale.Onto the sandwiches! I recommend almost everything. The french dip needs work, but the true star is the tri-tip sandwich. It is fresh, juicy, and full of flavor that is compounded by their sauces and delicious bread. Because of this balance, these sandwiches are built to make you eat even more sandwiches.Because of this, this is our main sandwich place that we frequent every week. You won't regret going here.Vegetarian options: They have about five sandwiches that are varied and tasty, even to non-vegetarians like myself.Parking: Parking is easy to find and available often.Dietary restrictions: They offer wraps for keto and diabetic needs, and every sandwich is customizable as long as you tell them when you order.

The sourdough roll is AMAZING! Very delicious sandwiches! We will definitely be back! It's a small place and they do have seats outside.

Excellent sandwiches and just overall great experience. When you walk in, you're greeted with a very clean and fun environment with Bay Area decor everywhere you look. Service was extremely kind and friendly. Sandwiches all have fun names and the ones I've tried have all been great. Big fan of The Bay 101 and The Shark Tank. Bread choices are also good (and obviously key for a sandwich), but I love their wheat roll.Great spot and highly recommended for a good sandwich!

Best sandwich spot in Milpitas. They have a great variety of basic sandwiches and special ones on the menu, Price is on point, filling, they don't skimp on ingredients. Make sure you try the bomb & psycho sauces. GO, you won't be disappointed. #36 Mona Lisa is my fave

This is a "big, saucy sandwich with funny names" kind of place - think Ike's, Mr. Pickles, and other similar hometown favorites. Hot meats, melty cheese, fresh veggies and bread. Been here twice and honestly forgot the names of what I got, but they were good both times. First was a hot chicken and pesto sandwich, second was a chicken + bacon + avocado + chipotle sauce sandwich. Really enjoyed both - I do love me a saucy sandwich. Portions could be a bit bigger for the price, but this area and these two plazas are a bit expensive in general so it's understandable.

I was in a salad mood, so I came here for the first time, and got a Chef Salad. It was ok! I mean, the biggest thing I look for in a salad is GREEN lettuce, and this had it. The pepperoncinis were a nice touch. I'll be back to try a sandwich sometime too. Cool. Good place! ?
