Came in to the Wingstop on North Milpitas Blvd at 11pm and was told we can not eat inside because they close at 1130pm. Hours on door and website says they open until Midnight. Also, the young man who took our order had an attitude and rolled his eyes a number of times while we ordered. I won't come back to this location again.

Food was fine, employees were not. They were using swear language while conversing very loudly and I was with a child. One was also on her phone watching tik tok very loudly, and I could hear the videos from across the room. When I asked her to turn it down, she said that her phone wasn't connected to my half of the restaurant and rolled her eyes. We also overheard her complaining about her boss for putting her on the schedule to work today. As a costumer, that is not something that my family and I want or should be hearing about...

Well this not the 1st time that this particular place has screw up an order. This time, they didn't fulfill the order but shorted it. I place this online and should have be the same. The manager was no help either. Just because I was upset that the order was not to par, l don't need to be lecture about what l feel. If you can do the job, do something else.

I hope the franchisee owner sees this, order placed online... good experience. Here are the bad part (1) since I cant place notes on the order, I tried calling to request for extra seasoning on my order but line was busy... i called multiple times same results. (2) Upon arrival, I kindly asked the cashier for extra seasoning trusting he would relay the message, but did not, DISAPPOINTING. (3) multiple customers were irritated for lack of organization of the front end cashier. (4) While in the store waiting, I tried calling the store number to see if the phone would ring, but i got a busy line and yet none of the employees were taking phone orders, STRANGE. Not sure if they deliberately hang the phone to avoid incoming order calls, SHAME SHAME. (5) it was supposed to be done 20min, but we got the order after 40min. (6) after leaving the store, I called the San Jose Ridder store to test and they picked up right away, good for them. So from now on, I would rather drive extra 2 miles to the San Jose Ridder Drive Wingstop and I will never comback to this Milpitas store again!!

Simple question, if the order isn't ready, why say it is on the app and mark it as done and completed? My order was for 630, I'm in the waiting line for 10 minutes, it's 6:40, there's ONE other person waiting in line, the dude at the front finally gets to us and he tells us both that although they're ready on the app it was gonna be another ten minutes. Great.
Terrible terrible people... I used a coupon in my order and when I went to pick it up, the owner told me I had to pay full price because coupons weren't allowed. Tried to scam me and waste my time. Terrible terrible people. Go somewhere else and save your money and time.

I didn't want to have to write this but this is the 3rd or 4th time now that we've been disappointed by this location. This USED to be a good Wingstop but we all think they've switched owners/employees because you DO NOT get what you pay for. Whenever you order a 10 piece or just any quantity, you get a mix and match of thumb sized chicken pieces with regular small pieces. Sadly, this place consistently seems to show that they think thumb sized chicken pieces count as a piece..... there's a huge problem if the 10 piece boneless order you get have chicken pieces that are much smaller than the cups of dressing. The garlic Parmesan, lemon pepper, mild, and all the flavors are hardly ever seasoned correctly, so that's just 3x the disappointment. You used to be able to walk in here and expect to be greeted by friendly employees, but that's sadly gone now. The service has plummeted drastically - the workers seem to want to avoid too much social interaction even if it's just a greeting when you walk in or letting you know when your order will be ready... It's never been so disappointing here up until recently. The training of staff is extremely low. There's been a huge difference in overall service and there's been an obvious, almost too obvious, of a switch in staff or management. *** Since this is the 3rd or 4th time we've been cheated by the value, we will definitely keep posting photos of what you can expect to get from this location if they keep continuing to disappoint -- until you can all clearly see for yourselves that you won't get what you pay for at this specific location. So either get it together or your customers will help each other out through updated photos of what you think is ok to serve.

My son has been wanting to try Wing Stop since we have tried buffalo wild wings before. Hence I ordered a takeout at the Wingstop near my place, one of their specials “WARRIORS FASTBREAK FLAVOR FEAST” with few different flavors as below:24 BonelessAtomic x 6Original Hot x 6Spicy Korean Q x 6Hawaiian x 6Large Louisiana Voodoo FriesExtra Well DoneRanchHoney MustardThe boneless chicken wings are your typical chicken wings but a little extra on the salty side including the voodoo fries. This extra saltiness sort of undermined the flavors that we had as above. The atomic flavor supposedly very spicy hot was not spicy at all. In my opinion the original flavor was better than the Atomic. Between spicy Korean and Hawaiian, I preferred the Hawaiian mainly because of the hint of sweetness in Hawaiian which undermined the saltiness to bring out the flavor.The voodoo fries were also salty, oily and my order was very soggy. Nothing special other than the fact that they are fries despite the order request for “ Well Done”. The cheese sauce that was sprinkled on top of the fries was good but was not enough for the amount of fries. I prefer the animal fries from InNOut for the price which are much more flavorful and crispy.If I have a craving for chicken wings and “ Wingstop” is the only place near me, I would order here otherwise there are better places for chicken wings like “ Bonchon” and “ Buffalo Wild Wings” where the flavors standout and give you the best bang for the buck.

And for our efforts... We received some of the most delicious boneless wings, cooked to absolute ? perfection ?? Thanks so much for the superior service and the tasty wings!!

Place actually closes at 10pm!! On other days they always take orders until there are no more customers aka until 10, 10:15, but whoever was working closing today 3/10/22 refused to take my order at 9:45 and said only boneless wings are available. Either change the time to 9:45 closing or be nicer to guests...
