Bhinas is where I go if I want comfort food. It never disappoints. The service is usually good. Even if/when they mess up your order, they make it right. I love that I don't have to wait too long for the food. One of the reasons we love this place is how quick the service is.

Went there on a Saturday night with my squad to celebrate my birthday dinner… a very horrible experience indeed.Ordered thaali , mini tiffins, ghee dosa and Rava dosa(3) for the crew.They mentioned that Rava dosa might take some extra time .We told them that’s fine with us and we don’t mind the 20 min wait. But even after 45 mins, Rava dosa did not arrive. When questioned the person who attended us, told they can honor only 2 Rava dosa and so we changed the 3rd one to a normal ghee roast.Yet again the Rava dosa didn’t come even after a 30 min wait. We went and sat for dinner at 8.20 and almost close to 9.45, we finally got the Rava dosa…but when we saw the dosa itself, we knew it wasn’t the authentic Rava dosa but a look alike faux one .It was rubbery, not crispy and tasted more like a Maida dosa! Totally, a bitter and traumatic experience. The highlight was that we were charged for the entirety of the receipt and no credits or allowance was given to customer satisfaction. The people serving also had an air of attitude and showed no sign of concern or consideration for the delay in serving the food.Dont want to recommend this place at all.

We regretted going to this lousy Indian restaurant. Ordered togo 3 orders of mini idlis and an order of sambar vada to go. The food was at best passable but even more disappointing was the food packaging. All mini idlis in one box. Vada in a paper bag and all sambar in one can. Impossible for four people to eat individually. The store owner argues that I should know how they package. Really!! Anyhow I won’t be going there again.

Just had lunch at Tirupati Bhama’s. Ordered cut mirchi bajji. It was more batter and less mirchi. The staff were quick to dismiss the complaint. The least they could have said was sorry, they really don’t care. Thali was good sans the soggy papad. The clean up staff didn’t bother to ask if we were done with our food before clearing the table. Kind of a total bad Sunday lunch experience
