The quality of service and food has been on a steady decline.Orders are frequently missing items, delayed, or just plain wrong. The food itself has become tasteless and uninspired. It's clear that the focus has shifted from customer satisfaction to just making a quick sale. The transactional nature of my recent visits has left a bad taste in my mouth.I hope the management takes note and makes some changes to reverse this trend. Until then, I'll be looking elsewhere for a great dining experience

Used to be a good restaurant. Yesterday's visit after a long time was very disappointing. The quality of food has really come down. Tasteless Upama, Hard and non-crispy Vadas, Spice-less Mirchi Bajjis, very ordinary Dosas - the list goes on. I may never visit this place again.
