Wow, I can't fathom all the low ratings here. I've been coming here roughly quarterly for maybe 10 years, to have lunch with some people I used to work with. The food is always good. Timely service, and friendly staff. What else is there? And I can't remember a time where there was any problem with the soda machine too. All good! 👍👍👍

Normally my reviews are extremely positive, however this review is about the pricing practices of this franchisee as opposed to the rest of the Togo's franchise locations that I have encountered.
If you order in person at this location and you order The Daily Deal, this location sells you The Daily Deal sandwich, a regular size soft drink and a bag of chips, which is more along the Togo's Meal package, as opposed to ordering The Daily Deal through the Togo's App which is just a sandwich and a regular soft drink. This is not posted anywhere in the location.

This place is rude and completely unethical. Asked to use the restroom and the man behind the counter rudely snapped it’s for customers. So I asked for a bag of chips then and he again rudely snapped it’s for real customers who buy sandwiches.
Really. ? He’s prolly the reason the place is empty and prolly going under profit wise. I would have bought the chips just to use the bathroom and left them.
Totally rude and it’s just wrong to tell a person they can’t relieve themselves.

Look the Sandwhich was good. It was actually perfect, Negative 4 stars for price alone. $28.24 for a Sandwhich, chips, and fountain drink good. That's straight wild. Chili 🌶️ sells a steak dinner for less. It would cost me nearly $600 a month to eat here for work lunch everyday. That's too much!

You want a tip? Okay, here's a tip . . . listen to the customer when they're telling you what they want on their sandwich. Today, April 11, 2025, at 2:00pm I ordered a regular #9 (Hot Pastrami) on sourdough with ONLY mustard, lettuce, and pickles. I said it three times to the woman making the sandwich. I couldn't see over the counter to know she didn't put mustard on the sandwich. How difficult is it to listen to the customer and make it the way the customer asks for it?! My boyfriend and I paid over $37.00 for a sandwich, a salad, 2 bags of chips and 2 fountain sodas. WAY too much money to spend on a sandwich that wasn't made correctly. My sandwich was lousy because the service was non-attentive.

Very clean and staff is friendly. The hot pastrami was delicious! The turkey on sourdough was not my favorite though. I didn’t love the sliced turkey deli meat they choose and the sourdough bread was super dry. I’ll stick to the pastrami on wheat for now on. They have a Coke Cola soda machine so I was able to get Vanilla Orange Diet Coke which was a treat.

Placed an order through Grub Hub app for pickup. Ran into some issues and when I went there, it took a bit of time to sort out. The people there were very helpful and apologetic for it as technology can be finicky. The lady there was very kind and offered me a fountain drink. I didn’t accept as I don’t drink soda, but it was a kind gesture. This review is for the team being patient and helpful. The sandwich was good too!
