This is a Hong Kong casual fast food style restaurant. If you just want something quick and simple and inexpensive, then it is OK.

This is a solid place of HK style street restaurant food. Good price, good food. Where else you can find in the heart of silicone valley?

You guys are not open at this time. Just stopped by at 2am not a single working car in the lot. All ghetto hood cars sitting there. Do not recommend area.

It's tradition to go here with my broski after we get haircuts nearby! It just doesn't hit the same without going here and ordering a baked seafood fried rice! I don't speak Chinese, but my friend has known the staff since his young Chinese school days! We always hit the place up when it's quiet and easy to get seated. We always make jokes about burning our mouth with the food, but don't do the same- it does actually incinerate the inside of your mouth, that's not a joke. I haven't tried anything else basically, but the complimentary borscht and the milk tea make wonderful and comforting additions to this place's meals. I always long for Top Cafe in the rainy days where my fingers are always cold, no matter how much I rub them together. I wish you were closer, like a family member that lives far away.

Typical Hong Kong Cafe, been coming here since the early 2000's. Salty fish fried rice, Haw Fun, baked rice dishes. All pretty good.

The waitress was so rude! She kept using a lot of dirty words to complain that the work was too troublesome and annoyed her.I ordered a sirloin steak, the sauce had gone bad and sour, the waitress didn't even apologize! She just told me it may spoil and asked me to order another dish instead.

3.5 stars Atmosphere: car seat booths by the walls and 4 tops in the middle. Unrenovated probably since the 90s, but clean. Strangely there's American pop playing in the background, usually expect some Asian pop in HK cafes such as these. Menu: pretty straightforward, but lots of choices so it can be hard to choose. Prices are a bit on the higher side but portions are huge. Food: came in for Sunday lunch. Empty in person dining, there were a couple more pickup to-go orders instead. I liked how the Portuguese dish has a more roasted coconut flake flavor and it was saucy and creamy enough to mix with each bite. The garlic steak was humongous portion, enough to bring some home. Each dish came with HK cafe style borscht soup, but found that the paprika white pepper powder flavor to be overpowering.

I came here for late dinner on Sunday night around 8. We ordered right away, and server was very pleasant told us cash or venmo only. We got salty fish chicken fried rice, sweet ans sour pork, mix veggie tofu pot, and bitter melon fish, all are very good. It's a solid co.fort food Chinese place, price is very reasonable and large portions. The place is not as fun and trendy as some other restaurants in the plaza but the food is good and not expensive.

Do not go to this restaurant. One of the worst customer service and worst food quality that I ever seen in Bay Area.Owner or whoever works there at night time is rude and does not welcome the order.I ordered at 9:50 PM (5 min away from this location), then owner told me “cash only cash only” hung up on me. I had to go ATM to get a cash then owner calls me at 9:55 PM to check where am I. I said “i will be there in 2 minutes” then hung up on me again.Once I arrived, no receipt was provided.I left a tip and let her know that “sorry i didnt know that your store closes at 10 PM”.Opened a food at home, noodle was uncooked (raw, dried, not able to eat).I wasted $17 (dont even know the cost of the food, no receipt, rude customer service) at this location.Strongly not recommended!!If you dont wish or already decided to not accept the order, just cancel the order in the beginning. There are much better locations in Milpitas.

Door dashed some food here last weekend since I was craving some porridge. Got the pork with preserved egg porridge and wonton noodle soup. ++pork with preserves egg porridge++ Super bland, not much pork or egg... the porridge was so white, I'm not even sure if they even tried to season it with anything ++wonton noodle soup++ There were maybe 5 wontons on top of a bed of egg noodle. Super bland... wontons were not the best The food was underwhelming and bland, kind of bummed since I was craving it

Disgraceful. Curry fishballs clearly bought from the supermarket. Also, the baked pork chop over rice is overdosed with sugar and supermarket quality ketchup. And they're 2 times more expensive than other HK cafes. Not recommended

Good taste, good price! -1 mainly just for sanitary concerns (saw a cockroach walking around)

One of a few places did not hike the price
