I found a piece of metal in a milkshake I ordered (2/3/26). Sadly, the cups aren't labeled, but I was drinking my brownie milkshake amd chewing on the brownie bits when I bit something hard. I spit it out, and found a piece of metal. Unsure what its from, but it was surely from the drink. Hopefully this doesn't happen to others.

Takes them 20 minutes to prepare a chicken sandwich. One person working here, and it’s not busy at all, yet it takes absolutely forever for the simplest of orders. If I knew that I would’ve never even come here. Bad first impression and just because of this I won’t be coming back. Go to in n out instead

I’m genuinely disappointed. The food quality was terrible. The burger was completely overcooked and dry, the bun wasn’t toasted at all, and the vegetables were so wet they made the bun soggy. Nothing about it was enjoyable.
The fries were a complete disgrace — either limp and undercooked or so overcooked they crunched like potato chips. There was no consistency and no care.
We had been coming to this place for years but stopped because the previous ownership let the food quality go downhill. When the new owners took over, we decided to give it another chance. At first, it was great — but unfortunately, it didn’t last. The quality has steadily declined, and it’s clear the person behind the grill doesn’t know how to cook a proper burger.
This visit was the final straw for me. Sadly, I will not be returning to this establishment again.

Took almost 25 minutes for 2 simple burgers a fry and tater tots, and food was only warm when we received it like it had been sitting for a while. Since it took almost 25 minutes my lunch time was wasted had to rush back to work and couldn't even eat, should have gone to McDonald's instead, terribleeee terribleee

This place has supreme customer service with the food to match. If you want a solid burger with expertly executed sides, this is your spot. The staff, especially Sadia, went out of their way to make sure I was happy. I don't live in the area, but I will be stopping in whenever I am!

Asked for well done. Burger was served medium rare. Tator trots were soggy. When asked for fresh Tator tots was told I would have to buy them. Overall could’ve avoided this service if I spent the extra at five guys. I guess my mistake going this route.
