The worst service, rude, disrespectful and totally rude employees, yes, I know I repeated it, but they are very rude, what a shame, I will never return and I will do my best not to reproach anyone.

Went to get a bag of salted pretzel bites and the young girl did a half a$$ job on her customer service. I checked the bag to see if my order was done correctly but unfortunately they were unsalted. I then had to tell her I wanted salted-she then took my bag a bit annoyed and did another half a$$ job on salting them. I didn't bother having her take the bag back to salt them properly due to her lazy way of working. It's like she doesn't care about her work, she's only there to collect her paycheck every pay period. Don't get me wrong, wetzels pretzels has a good product. It's just the mentality of the younger workers that kills it. The older employees at this location do a good job though

Review is based on customer service! No one was in line, first customer there. The girl that helped me seem like she really hated her job. I walked up and she looked at me like she was annoyed that she needed to help me. She did not great me at all. I ordered a pretzel and she gave me a burnt one. Then I ordered a frozen lemonade and they show three sizes so I ordered medium and she comes at me all rude" there's no mediums it's either small or large". I'm not longer returning to this location. I work in customer service and no matter what, mad or happy I always great the customer with a smile. Step it up!

The person in charges to take my order name LESLIE she is so mean! She did not pay attention to take the order !I told to her original pretzel but she give me bite size pretzels.Also i told to her 2 order of lemonade but again she just give me 1 order.And also i need to follow up my drinks cause she forgot to give to me.. then she ask the next customer already.No napkin , you must pay attention to complete the basic necessities before you give the order to the customer.Please LESLIE be kind to others especially you work in a food industry.Im

Bad customer service.I was supposed to wait for 3 mins for cina bitz ... 10 minutes later they said 3 more mins. I ended up waiting because I didn't want to struggle over getting $3 cash back and deal with their rude and unapologetic customer service.

Who doesn't love a good pretzel? I came here on two separate occasions. The first time I ordered unsalted pretzel bits with a strawberry lemonade to share during the Black Friday shopping madness. The drink was a solid A but the pretzels were totally over-baked. I was pretty disappointed considering it cost ~$12. I came back on a Monday when the mall was less busy and got a free salted pretzel because I downloaded the Wetzel's Pretzels app and created a free account. I was able to get my pretzel buttered and salted to order. This totally made up for the prior experience and was the tastiest pretzel I've had in a long time. And you know free always tastes so much better lol! My suggestion is to come here when it's less busy because I have noticed the food quality is so much better. I'll be back for another pretzel in the near future!

Big fan of pretzel nuggets with the hot salsa cheese sauce. This place is very busy, long line to order. Cashier there's is friendly and helpful. Service is fast and they serve it hot. Really liked this place.

Did anyone notice the almond crunch is not almond but coconut flakes + sugar to make it crunchy?? Eat it the next day you will find out. Should be renamed it to coconut crunch!!
