Good afternoon Wingstop Milpitas
I ordered food on 12/22/2025 over the phone with Veronica at 8:47 pm I let her know that I wanted a 10-piece lemon pepper well done 10 piece mild well done and a 10-piece BBQ boneless. When I made it to Wingstop something told me to check my order again because the first two times I came the chicken was not done so the district manager had to comp me plus give me my money back. So I checked the chicken again and the chicken is not well done so I told Veronica I asked for well done over the phone she looks at me like I'm crazy and goes over to the Cook and says she wants well done. I told her I asked you that over the phone and you told me 15 to 25 minutes it'll be done because it needs to be cooked a little longer. So long story short they tried cooking it well done they're such big pieces that it was just disgusting and nasty when I got home. It was so much grease or whatever on the chicken that it leaked all out on the back seat on my floor the service there is horrible they have these young people in the kitchen trying to cook chicken and don't even know what they doing. They roll their eyes at you whisper stuff about the customers why you standing there watching them. I think this Wingstop should be shut down I will be calling the health department I'm not satisfied with the service they give with the food they're going to kill somebody with food poison and the district manager I think it's a game you need to hire someone who knows how to fry chicken. Lol instead of letting people waste their money. I just moved to Milpitas this will be my last time going to this Wingstop.

The boneless wings were too heavily breaded and very greasy, oil was dripping off them. The Bone-in were good but not hot (temperature) but the seasoning was good.

First time at this wingstop location and likely my last. Restaurant was filthy! This includes floors, tables (why there aren’t any trash cans is beyond me), and restroom (toilet paper all over the floor, decided to help toss it and was met with a bloody pad underneath, GROSS!). Can’t blame this on workers as this must have been a crude customer, but just something to think about before choosing this location.
At least the food was tasty, but it did take 12 minutes longer than the estimated wait time before our order was ready.

cashier was great very friendly and polite. fries were extremely salty ranch was mid i dont get the hype. the tenders were good but for 4 pc $11 just get yourself a bag at costco for the same price and more tendies lol

We were very disappointed with this Wingstop. Before we arrived we tried to place an order over the phone but the associate said we couldn’t place an order over the phone or in person over 30 pieces (a managers rule). I had to place the order on the app. While we were dining in, I asked for cups for water and was refused because they don’t have cups for water and we had to pay for cups. The associate Kyle was very rude to us and everyone who came in. He had a “what do you want?” Tone to him.

Worst wingstop I've ever been to but not because of the food. It was mainly the condition of this location and staff. The trash cans were overflowing. The restaurant was filthy, floors/tables sticky, and the staff was rude to customers snapping at them to wait when they were checking for their online orders. They seemed understaffed with only 4 people working, and when it was busy, you could tell they were completely overwhelmed and making many mistakes. People complaining, etc. I love wingstop but would not return to this location. We waited over an hour for 20 wings, and they messed up by giving us some boneless instead of bone in. The wings came out hot, and the ranch was excellent as always.

We decided to order something from this store and when we did it was the slowest process in the world and they got really upset with the order. I think they are a little rude to customers.
I did not go in there, but I have to say that the chicken at this WingStop location is mediocre, which still gives this location a 3.5 stars average. As a hospitality person, I always ask myself why I would choose this certain restaurant/chain. Unfortunately, I have to say it's mediocre at best, and not my top 3 spots to go to. This is compared to a chicken place in Milpitas near Paris Baguette which I do not know the name to, KFC, and McDonald's. When I tried the extra crispy chicken, the chicken almost hurt my teeth since I've had a wisdom teeth surgery two months ago. Would I go there again? Maybe, maybe not.

Every time I call this restaurant all I get is a busy signal like the phone is disconnected or something. I went to the restaurant and asked why and they told me they don't have a phone. What a bs. I've never heard of any business especially a counter serve restaurant that doesn't have a phone.

I got food after work because my family and I were starving. I ordered Wingstop thinking it would make me feel better. I picked up my order no problem just to find the workers messing around in the back. When I got to my car l realized they wrote "loser" on my bag. I thought Wingstop would cheer up my day after working a 12 hour shift but it's all good, food is food but all my food was soggy. I don't think any food establishments should treat their customers like this.

The taste of chicken was not upto the mark of other wingstop shop. The I ordered wings with original hot and Louisiana rub, all chicken was taken from fridge and fried, so it was dry and hard, uncooked raw and not enough tasty. Also the price is higher compared to other wingstop shop (like one in stockton). Probably I would not comeback here unless they improve

After placing my order at 9:45pm I noticed that they not using gloves and the person was sweeping and cleaning the floors was also handling the fryers and also mixing the the chicken 12/30/24

I ordered a mix and match 75pc pack for a Christmas party. Due to dietary restrictions, I called to ask to change one of the four flavors from boneless to classic. They told me this would be an extra $5, which didn’t make any sense since I already payed for mix and match. I could tell there was a lack of effort in actually checking my order when I called for the change.
A few hours later they called asking if my change was to change all four flavors to classic. I said “no, that is incorrect. The only change to my original order is the garlic parmesan to be switched to classic”. That means two flavors classic and two flavors boneless. She said sorry, that was a miscommunication and said it will be fixed.
When I went to pick up my order, I asked the cashier to read my order twice and she specifically stated two flavors were boneless and two were classic. Once I got home, ALL the wings were classic. I felt frustrated that even after calling me to “clear up the miscommunication”, they still gave me the completely wrong order. My stomach is pretty sensitive to classic wings, so I wasn’t able to eat the wings.
Overall, this was very disappointing that I was verbally told things would be changed, fixed, and was read the correct order but given the order that I clearly stated was incorrect.
I just left this place. There was a girl working as a cashier, omg! I said hi and asked how you doing? She just kept staring at me the whole time in a weird way. It made me feel so unwelcome! She ignored everything I said and no thank you, nothing! The way she treated the customer after me was totally different. I don’t why I had to receive that kind of treatment just trying to order some wings and having been very polite to her.
Very poor customer service.
