The service is terrible. I was just going to pick up the food that my mom ordered and this woman kept asking me questions. Like what's the phone number on the order, what's on the order and what is the last name on the order. They integrated me like I was a criminal, highly recommend not to send one of your children to pick it up your order.

I am a delivery driver and I am waiting to pick up the customers order. It's been over 30 minutes and I am still waiting. I don't recommend ordering from here. It will take us forever to get the order to you. Very bad experience. ?

The service here was amazing! Wing stop has a new flavor Maple Sriracha and it honestly is one of my favorite flavors , they sauced all my wings up saucy I didn't even have to ask ! Other wing stops I've been too have been kinda skimpy on the sauce but this place I have no complaints! I thought I wasn't going to like the new flavor so I only ordered ten (it wasn't just me eating them) we got our normal flavors mango habanero, lemon pepper and og hot , og hot is my favorite but I'm sorry to say it has to take second place now. This is my first time at this Wingstop and it won't be my last !

Wings were dry as hell ... I'm disappointed I was expecting both sets of wings to be bomb. I ordered half bbq boneless wings and half buffalo boneless wings. The bbq had a lot of flavor but for some odd reason some of my bbq wings were tiny, I found that weird. Not only that but my buffalo wings ... they were so dry to the point they were crunchy and not in a good way, the buffalo wings hardly had any flavor they were so dried up. Also they were so dry I couldn't even taste the chicken in them. I will not be coming back to this location. Even from the moment I ordered, I gave them my name to call me and as I kept waiting the employee was just staring at me waiting for me to give him direct eye contact so he can tell me my order is ready which was off asf from the start.

Kind of the worst spot to go if you want to be met with a stank face and unwelcoming demeanor from cashiers. I get being a college student working and studying because I've been there, but I hadn't done anything yet to merit that vibe. If you want the most tiniest wings and skimping out on fries half filled, then this spot is to go. Might as well go down to east side SJ for Wingstop or Firewings because it's not worth the energy.

The customer service and the friendly employees found at this particular Wingstop cannot be found elsewhere. Believe me when I tell you, this place is the best...This is by far, my most favorite Wingstop location to go to. It's a bit small in size, the floors are kinda sticky depending on where you sit, and it would feel a whole lot more comfortable if they turned on the ac ... BUT!! I keep coming back for more because the employees are so damn chill. They are kind, courteous, and I've never come across a sour mood!! That's last part right there... speaks volumes! Whether it's takeout or dining in the establishment, my cravings are always satisfied and my belly is left full. Quality has really taken a leap here when it comes to the fresh veggie sticks and the wings have been less over cooked/dried out. 5/5 stars. Extra points because you guys aren't stingy with the ketchup!! You guys truly are amazing overall, I will continue to be a regular and will continue to highly recommend the business. Keep up the amazing work.
