I came here just to buy macaroons for my friends birthday but no one was working at the stand. They had a sign that says they will be back at 4:10pm so I waited till 4:30pm and still no one came. I called the number that's listed about 4 times and no answer. Very frustrating and bad service, if you guys are opened certain days and certain hours.. please list it for your customers! Too bad they are 4.5 stars. Most of the reviews are for customers wanting a discount for checking in and writing a review.

My friend recommended this place and I'm super disappointed!!! I drove an hour to get here and when I got here at the stall noone is here. The mall closes at 8pm and it's only 4:10 pm. How unacceptable is this!!!!! No signage when the employee will be back or if it's close!!!! Called the number on yelp and no answer. Bad service!!!!!!

This place has really good macarons. I never thought I'd be buying macarons from a little stand like this one, but oof these are good. Unlike most macarons, these have a nice bite to them. They don't break apart easily and they're really good. Nancy who sells these is super friendly and knowledgeable. I usually don't go buy macarons, but like. She convinced me to buy a whole box and man, all the flavors are good! Check out this lil place if youre in the mall!

I came to get my son some macarons, well terrible customer service..how does the website say they close at 9pm and they where closed at 8:13 ? The guys where Cleaning up and said they have something to do so the manager knows they are closing early No logic !! Why would you close during business hours .... no customer service at all !! They suck

I ordered the blueberry cheesecake and lemon macaroon. They were so scrumptious and fresh but a bit too sweet for my liking. I would def come back since it is located in the Greatmall, it's a yummy treat to have while shopping.

Being the macaron connoisseur that I am, of course I wanted to try Woops! I've only previously purchased macarons from their Valley Fair location. I'm glad they also have one here at Great Mall because it's closer to me! My favs: Honey Lavender, London Fog, Pistachio & Blueberry cheesecake! Love love love their ganache that they use in their fillings. I wasn't too fond of the strawberry or raspberry flavored since there basically just had jam as the filling. Definitely will be back soon!

Flavors we purchased: Love Rocks, Mint Chocolate, & London Fog. We don't know what London Fog was but it tasted like perfume.. I also wasn't sure what Love Rocks was but surprised that it has pop rocks in it. That flavor wasn't so bad. Mint chocolate was just the standard mint chocolate. wasn't so WOW'd from this little kiosk in great mall and the price wasn't worth it. I have had better flavored Macarons and cheaper!

I got London Fog, Honey Lavender, Dark Chocolate, Raspberry and Lemon Tart. They were really good especially London Fog!!! Plus, beautiful display and lovely staff. I'll definitely come back for more!!

I don't care about the 20% off for giving a rating, this place rocks! Woops! opened like a few months ago and it quickly grew and gotten loved. With all the delays, now I finally got to go there, and it was great. The 50% (+10% mall discount) is a steal and would make me go here every time before work. The worker acted a little shy imo but is proficient nevertheless. The macaroon itself was so good. It one of the best I every tasted and considering it could be down to $1.50, it so worth it. You can taste the layers and the cream separately. It is normally sized and is right in the sweet spot of crunchy and soft. Though I will say the macaroon was very sweet/sugary. But hey, that's the point. Bored in the mall? Why not try Whoops!
