Great teas and desserts. Different combination of boba and fruit drinks. Tried a cantaloupe, mixed fruit drinks and pancakes. There was not enough chairs for people so most stood around (it was cold outside)

Why is it so bad now! The orange green tea before had fresh oranges and apples in it, but the one I bought today only had ice cubes in it! It obviously tastes like supermarket orange juice mixed with water.

This place has a wide selection of fruit teas. It's nice that you can adjust the sweetness level and select additional toppings. YiFang and Fantasia specialize more in teas, whereas some other boba shops have a wider selection of the sweet frozen drinks. Good customer service. Small shop but clean inside. Cute accent wall with plants.

The best drinks here are the Peach green tea latte and Mango pomelo sago. Really good. Other times we also get the Grapefruit lemon tea. All three are well made and has pretty tasty tea. Service is fairly fast. You can also use Fivestars here! Pretty small inside. But theres a big private lot in front

I ordered brown sugar pearl uji matcha latte. Drink is alright with brown sugar but pearl is soft and soggy. Unacceptable!!

Mango pomelo sago was a disappointment.Fruit tea was OK as usual.
This Yifang is consistent in their drinks when compared to other Yifang locations. However, they have quite a wait due to a myriad of issues that seem to occur more often than not. There were several times where their iPad kiosks were lagging, making ordering virtually impossible. You can order ahead from their site, but I don't think ordering ahead online is prioritized. I've encountered several instances where large catering orders and in-person drinks come out way in advance, even if I place my order 30+ minutes ahead of time. It's a shame that this makes them less competitive since there are many awesome boba places around. They also are one of the pricier spots. I'd visit more frequently if they can fix their issues, especially since they're in such a prime location/plaza.

This spot serves up a delightful boba that's a boba lover's dream. The boba pearls are cooked to perfection, providing that delightful chewiness and sweetness. The matcha itself is good as well. Though slightly on the sweeter side, the overall drink is a fantastic blend of flavors as a nice afternoon snack. You order from a kiosk and the store associate will call your name once it's ready. You also can add your cellphone number for text updates.

I’d give them 0 stars if I could! I ordered a mountain tea with salted cheese cream and the cream was made from spoilt milk. It tasted off and I also came across some milk curdles / lumps. Never going here again!

Their drinks are mediocre at best. It's overly sweet, but the drink itself looks appealing. I couldn't finish the drink, considering it felt like I was chugging a whole gallon worth of sugar. Unfortunately, I wouldn't come back here.

Yi Fang has been one of my favorite boba spots for a while! I always get their Yi Fang Fruit tea, which is the perfect mix of tea flavor and not too strong mixed with several fruits. The service was extremely fast this time! I ordered and got my drink before my friends even finished ordering! Yi Fang is also a great place for people who don't know what they want, as they have SO MANY options!
