I was here for a private event hosted by Mac Mall for New Year's Eve so unfortunately I didn't get to experience it on a day-to-day to know what the food is like. However with that being said I had an amazing time the venue was beautiful everybody was professional there was no incidents and I look forward to visiting again during their regular hours so I can leave a review on the food. 🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊🎊

I don't know where to begin. Everything about this place is pathetic! The food and service are horrible. I wish I had looked at recent reviews before booking.. to make matters worse the owner is a racist and crooked fella! I would not recommend this place to anyone! P.S - look at all the recent reviews and you’ll understand what I’m talking about.

Look at the most recent reviews, do not trust the rating!!! DO NOT plan your events here!! The owner is not responsible, does not uphold any agreement, and clearly does not care about serving the clientele. We attended a reception here and the owner was absolutely useless in helping or fixing the mess that he created, he just sat at a desk at the front the entire time. The client paid for specific beverages to be available but none were there, and the owner said "oops I was supposed to get that" and never did. Understaffed, poor communication, slow service, food was served over AN HOUR after the agreed time, and they had tech issues with the projector. Overall, it was an absolute disgrace to the clients and attendees and they deserved better. Even if the food was decent, it's not worth the poor service and ignorance of the owner that impaired the work that the servers were trying to make up for. Ridiculous.

Changed my mind about doing events here. E-mailed 3x and even asked my staff to call and was told to email them. Same, no response. If they’re difficult and unprofessional before you even book an event, what more once you’ve made reservations and paid them already?
