“I had ordered on-line for pick up. The small waiting area was full with 8 people when I arrived, I thought the store was behind. I stepped in, waited maybe 1 minute, and was greeted. My order was ready. He included a bag of way-to-many packs of parm and red pepper flake. (Now our pantry is stocked). He retrieved the Ranch needed for the wings and off I went. I left thinking that was amazing. Fast, effeceint and 20% off for ordering on-line. The food was fresh, hot and delicious. I failed to tell them the store lights were off outside, I had a hard time seeing it for the first time coming here. Funny though, my driveway lights were not on yet either. I had to adjust my own timer.“

Even with the change in ownership throughout the years, the food has stayed consistently great, but we love that the current management has made the place more of a sit down restaurant/family friendly. “Had it delivered as they put out a thanks for being a customer coupon for free delivery which is a plus. Pizzas were still hot, the cheese tasted like real cheese, and the crust is airy crispy and flavorful. Toppings were not skimpy and are quality meats with good flavor. Delivery person found us right away which not many doordashers can do so that was a plus and he was nice and not in a hurry. He also didn’t mind our barking Maltese. Good job Pirates!“

“I have been going to MOD pizza for quite some time and it's definitely a place that I recommend to everyone.

In a Subway style manner, you get to pick all of your ingredients that you can see through the glass and it's always bomb.

I got red sauce, mozzarella, mushrooms, garlic, spinach, pineapple with pesto on top.“

“Fuze Pizza is awesome! The Fire House pizza was seriously great. A big shoutout to Mazhar—he was extremely helpful. When I first got my pizza, I noticed it was missing the pepperoni I wanted. Mazhar was super kind and added it for me right away, free of charge. He also made sure I got a 10% Yelp checkin discount, which was a nice bonus. The pizza itself was fire (so good!). They even gave us a complementary naan bread shaped like a little pizza, which was a fun touch. Definitely recommend this place!“

“When we first got there, we were greeted and Dylan assisted us to a table and offered to help with gift bags we had. We noticed that dylan and his fellow workers Levi & christine were very attentive to us & other customers keeping tables cleared of food and paper goods & clean and asking if they could assist them with anything else. Dylan would direct them to the party area & quick directory of the restuarant. We had the pizza, Mojos, chicken & side salad.Food was hot when it was brought to us and tasty. Good job to the cook. “This is such a good pizza joint and the prices are affordable. I hope they add more of their gourmet/specialty pizzas on the menu (and larger font).

I highly recommend the pastrami pizza. It's technically not on the menu but you can order it for sure. I mean, it's really delicious and didn't expect to like it as much as I did. Taste way better than other pizza joints in LA.

The only reason why I am not giving this restaurant 5 stars is that there is no real dine-in experience and it looks like they just opened up shopped.“

“We’ve visited Mod several times, several different locations. We always love it but today was exceptional. We were served by Brooklyn and she was amazing. She really took her time with us and made sure that we were getting exactly what we wanted. I’m a little picky and my daughter has food allergies, so we aren’t the easiest customers. Brooklyn served us with warmth and a smile and offered wonderful suggestions to help us.
My only complaint is that I tried to tip her for her awesome service and she said she was not allowed to accept tips and that it had to go in the tip jar. I told her, no and that I was handing the money to her directly and she politely declined and said again that she was not allowed.
I understand it’s a team effort at Mod but I think that if a customer wants to tip an individual person, that person should be able to accept it.
Also, the restaurant could use a good scrub down. The walls and corners of the back booth are really yucky.“
