The staff here provide amazing customer service and very friendly. The sandwich was built exactly to how I customize it and it was delicious. The soap was also good.“

Everything was good when the item was in the cart then I applied my rewards point on the order. When it was time to check out, I saw that they charge a fee for a bag. I tried to remove it but it never went away so I had to pay the small bag fee on my order. I arrived early to the store since I was in the area but my food wasn't ready until the actual pickup time. The inside of the store is nice and quiet. I waited like 10 minutes for my food to be ready. I thought my sandwich was a bit salty so I didn't really enjoy it. I don't often eat Jersey Mike's Sub but I wanted to use the reward points and try it out.
