Baskin-Robbins

I cant stand it when I look online and it says a business is open till 10:30 then drive out of my way to go there and arrive at 9:00pm just to find it closed. Come on Baskin robbins, you can do better then that...

Hours are not updated, results in a wasted drive.

This is the fast baskin robbins anywhere.This is the only baskin robbins that I know of or that i've seen that you can still get chocolate fudge.Ice cream which is amazing.And they always have it here

On Friday August 15 the staff was very rude. I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff at this Baskin Robbins. The employee sighed, rolled her eyes, and was extremely rude, even though the sweet little girls with her were nothing but polite. If you don’t like children, you shouldn’t be working in a place that serves families and kids. Terrible attitude — it really ruined the visit.

I got an ice cream cake from here and it was delicious ! The gentleman that took my order was very kind and made sure to get everything correct ! I will definitely be back to order more ice cream cakes !

This is supposed to be a two-scoop sundae, but after the whipped cream started to melt, it looked like a half-a-scoop sundae 😒. I gave it a 3 because the ice cream is delicious

Extremely disappointing experience. I called ahead to place an order during my short 15-minute break, only to be met with hostility. Instead of trying to accommodate or even respectfully explain policy, the individual on the phone kept shouting, “It’s my money! You don’t get to tell me what to do!”

This is not how any customer should be treated. It’s not about “who’s money” it is — it’s about the basic ability to either accommodate a customer or communicate with professionalism and respect.

Needless to say, I will never return, and I will be sharing my experience with others. Businesses that treat customers this way will quickly learn: it’s our business — and we have the choice to take it elsewhere.

This is one of the best ice cream places in mission viejo! The interior is very clean and inviting.. along with the flavors itself. They have great customer service at all times, always greet you with a warm welcome, and it’s just an overall good place. 5 stars !!

Rude service

I would absolutely recommend this location. Recently moved nearby and had to pick up an ice cream cake. It was ready early (which worked perfectly for me) and they let me know right away. My son and I got a scoop each while we were there. The store is very nice and the customer service was exceptional. We will definitely be back!

Ordered an ice cream cake for my son’s birthday and it turned out great! My birthday boy and his guests loved the cake. Owners are very nice people. We will be back !

If I could give it a 0 I would. As I was taking my first bite I couldn’t even scoop it properly because the texture of the ice cream was crumbly? It also tasted really bad like it had been left in a freezer for too long, but that wasn’t even the worst of it because after I took my first bite there was a hair right under the bite I’d just taken. Very disappointed I came here and spent $15 because me and my friend couldn’t even finish our ice creams.

Great store! I used to go here for many years. Owners are most polite and attentive persons I ever met.
I was surprised to see some negative reviews, probably people were in the very bad mood or something.
Highly recommend their cakes, they are amazing!
My kids love Wild and Reckless and Cotton Candy!
