If I could give it a 0 I would. As I was taking my first bite I couldn’t even scoop it properly because the texture of the ice cream was crumbly? It also tasted really bad like it had been left in a freezer for too long, but that wasn’t even the worst of it because after I took my first bite there was a hair right under the bite I’d just taken. Very disappointed I came here and spent $15 because me and my friend couldn’t even finish our ice creams.

Great store! I used to go here for many years. Owners are most polite and attentive persons I ever met.
I was surprised to see some negative reviews, probably people were in the very bad mood or something.
Highly recommend their cakes, they are amazing!
My kids love Wild and Reckless and Cotton Candy!

Old woman was extremely rude. Rushed my children to pick a flavor and then very argumentative and aggressive about the size of cup. Afterwards, she decided to choose the toppings for my kids ( I guess they were taking too long…)! She almost wasn’t going to give me lids either. Never coming here again!

We always get our birthday cakes from this place because they are simply the best. The quality of their cakes is unmatched. Additionally, the staff is amazing and always provides excellent service. The owner is also fantastic and ensures everything runs smoothly. We wouldn't go anywhere else for our cakes.

We went for my sons birthday. We were super excited to make it a special surprise for him as he LOVES ICE CREAM. We weren’t “greeted” at all upon entering the store, instead there was a grouchy lookin man behind the counter clearly hating life. Excitedly we inquired about what they do for birthdays, was told I’d have to do it in the app. I did everything, signed up, put all the family birthdays in the app, showed him and he said we needed an email. An email that was never sent to us or received by us. (Still days later after checking a bunch of times I have nothing) Very unhelpful and unfriendly. We won’t be coming back. Thankfully our son is little and didn’t understand what was going on, and he still got an ice cream. But entire experience was a bitter disappointment for us.

This past Tuesday 3/19 for my sons 2nd birthday my wife and I thought it would be a great idea to come here for his free scoop. WRONG!!! Came in the evening time dude that was there was the rudest person we’ve ever met!! He refused to give my son his free scoop we had the app and everything and he just kept saying “sorry, I can’t help you”… I used to come here as a kid and was very exited for this trip. Can’t even believe what a dump it’s turned into. Hiring bums off the street lookin like trash just to keep this business a float. I can’t believe what a dump it is now. Be aware of garbage service if you do end up coming here. ABSOLUTE TRASH!!!
