I don’t believe i saw his name tag on but it was a tall boy with long brown hair some acne and he was just rude to me no customer service skills whatsoever and i try not to be a karen i understand minimum wage jobs your working at a mall no one wants to do that but my order was simple and yet while i was eating i discovered a hair in my pizza!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They burned my first pizza bad and didn’t catch it. I asked them to remake it, which they did, but they only put like eight pepperonis on my remade pepperoni pizza. Overall disappointed.

The Mission Viejp location told me that they no longer accepts cash (legal tender).to purchase their fast food--they now only accept credit cards and debit cards for purchases. Is this a new company policy?

This is my go to place to eat at the mall!the staff is always friendly and one worker named taryn was super friendly love seeing her great girl reminds me of my granddaughter always welcoming me in the pizza is superb and the atmosphere is luxury super clean highly recommend dining at this location.

We ordered our 6 pizzas to go for my daughter in laws bday. When we got them home, all but hers was right. She is a vegetarian and her pizza was loaded with meat! We were so disappointed. We wanted to return it but the restaurant is 20 minutes from their home, so pretty inconvenientI suggest the employees pay closer attention when filling an order...especially a take out order.

Ordered 2 pizzas for takeout. Got home to discover that they were horribly burned. This is a small Blaze pizza in a mall. The workers there don't care about quality at all.

This is a good Blaze pizza for a fresh pie. The line is often very long and sometimes it moves pretty slow. However every pizza I have ordered from this location comes out fresh and delicious. They really use quality ingredients for their pizza. I like getting the build your own, high rise crust, and adding chicken, pepperoni, jalapeños, and pineapple (I call it the go to). It's located in a mall so atmosphere is plain and it's not the easiest to get to.Parking: Depending when you go parking can be a bit difficult especially during the Holidays.

What can I say, Blaze Pizza is just delicious. I've had their Build Your Own (11 inch) Original/Classic and High-Rise Pizzas with a combination of Red, White and Garlic Pesto Sauces. For cheese, I get Shredded Mozzarella and Ricotta. Sometimes I stack with the most toppings but Pepperoni, Fresh Basil, Mushroom, Red Onion and Oregano are my favorites. I also get Buttermilk Ranch on the Side. I would go out of my way to come here.I like both pizzas but I think high-rise is my new favorite one to get. It does cost a little more but if you love thick crust pizzas, then you will love this. These pizzas are personal size but they are big to me. I can only finish half and I save the other half for later. They use fresh ingredients. The crust has the perfect texture whether you get original or high-rise, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside with a nice chew. The sauce is delicious. There is so much flavor in the sauce, cheese and toppings. There is also a nice char on the crust. The sauce doesn't overpower the cheese and vice versa, the crust-to-sauce ratio is even. They don't put too much or too little sauce and cheese, it's the perfect amount, and the sauce and cheese ratio is perfect. The high-rise pizza has more of an airy softness compared to the original and still maintains a crisp outer shell. Blaze might have opened shortly after Pieology Pizzeria but I think they far surpass them by a lot! Everything just tastes better here. They're also much better than MOD Pizza.This one is located in the Dining Veranda at The Shops at Mission Viejo on the second floor. There's many free parking lots and structures for the mall so no issues finding parking. I like to park in the structures to shade my car. Price has definitely gone up over the years but accounting for inflation I think the prices here are still good and comes with a lot of food. I would try to order online if you can too because they have good digital deals. Service is quick and friendly. There wasn't a much of a wait when I came here on a Monday around 3 PM, food comes out fast. There's a lot of open seating, the classic mall feeling.
