Went in on Veterans Day, since my husband is in the marines . Thought we would have a nice meal at BWW. Arrived and we were told we had to pay $ 20 per person if we wanted to dine in, and past 6 pm would be $30 , like seriously ! Because military people would get free food and they had to win some money back ? I disappointed due to having to buy for an entrance at bww ? I’ve never experienced this !! Won’t be coming back

I drove to BWW on 11/11 as I was craving some wings. When I arrived the host said there was a $20 cover charge to eat inside the restaurant because they ordered the UFC fight. Well, I don’t care about some amateur fighters. I want some wings and a cold beer. I feel like this a bit odd charging cover for a set of UFC fights on the very last match. I’ve never paid cover for the luxury of spending my money to grab a bit to eat. Cover at a show venue or club yes but I’m gonna spend hours there. I just wanted a quick bite. I passed and went across the road to a different restaurant.

The food was really good, I was pleasantly surprised. I love the seasoning that were on their fries and the chicken tenders were cooked perfectly. I was truly disappointed in the service from Diana it seemed like she avoided asking is there anything else that a person would need after you paid the bills. Thankfully the bartender was extremely helpful.

Zerrrroooo stars! When we first were greeted, we asked to be seated on the diner side place was busy. Our waitress was sweet. She was doing an awesome job trying to get everyone food out and gave excellent customer service. My six piece wings came out. After eating three wings, I proceeded to eat my fourth wing and took a bite noticing something wasn't right! I took the sauce off of the wing on both and asked a different server can you take a look and the employee words not mine" sorry about that, it looks raw" i just said it texture is off. He took it back. Few minutes go by, the manager comes and asked what was wrong with it? It looks fine to me. I did questions him back that looks fine to you? I pulled the picture from my phone to show him and zoom in. He said that it's how it looks when you take the sauce off. If you don't like it i can replace. To that point I declined the offer. I'm sorry, but if you think that that looks good to be serving, I don't want your food. I will go somewhere else. Our server apologized, it wasn't her fault. I just didn't like the overall restaurant experience will definitely be going to EPIC WINGS or WINGSTOP instead!
I went to Buffalo Wild Wings at Kaleidoscope and I loved the French fries here. It's the best restaurant at Kaleidoscope Mission Viejo.

Went the other day and was greeted by a gentleman who I believe said he was a new manager and treated us so greatly! Gave us options on where to sit and gave food recommendations and was super friendly honestly was the best service we've had even compared to some of the pricier restaurants around! Wings were great as always and our waitress was also so nice and checked on us regularly. Sorry I'm terrible with names but they were so good I have to leave a review!

I love coming here, particularly on Tuesdays for BOGO traditional wings. Each time I'm there, I seat myself at the bar so that I can get served by Sandy. She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the menu and is patient taking my order. Always has good beer recommendations if needed too. The food always come out quickly and tastes delicious, the fact that these wings are fried in beef shortening makes such a huge difference in how good they taste.
