Sunday 5 ish pm

1. My order is missing an item which results in me having to drive back from home to get the item.
2. Then I report the NEW ITEM ordered. Brisket is so fatty my wife tosses 1/2 the sandwich away. I bring the fatty portion to show the manager and I am given 1 slice of similar fatty meat

You think the inconvenience of having to drive back from home to get an item missed and a substandard meal might warrant something greater than the item and 1 slice of a fatty piece of meat.

Manager training needed here to be reminded that delighting a customer is a minimum standard.

Fries & union rings are waaaay too greasy plus there was a hair in the fries. The bun was cold on my burger and the cheese wasn’t melted on the patty. They also forgot to put grilled unions on my burger that i asked for. The service was awful as well. We waited waaaaay too long for something so awful! I would have returned our food for them to make it right but the staff just sucks not worth my time. The only reason I came in was because they mailed me a coupon. With the coupon for But 1 get 1 free was over $30! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Save your time and money and go to In-n-Out!Edit #1: So I emailed the owner about my complaint a week ago and even emailed a picture of my receipt and he/she hasn’t responded to my complaint even when they asked me to, to make things right. They just post a comment under my complaint just to show the public that they care but they don’t, just a terrible business owner in general. No wonder their service is so bad. The owner doesn’t care about their customers. Clearly doesn’t care about customer service. I’m sticking with my original complaint. Please don’t waste your time or money with terrible food and terrible service. The employees don’t care because the owner doesn’t care either.

I've recently had the pleasure of indulging in one of the chef's mouthwatering burgers, and it was an absolute delight from the first bite to the last. I’ve been wanting to try a new burger place and this restaurant had my keen interest. As soon as I received my food i was immediately struck by how the flavors were perfectly balanced, with each ingredient shining through in every mouthful. The juicy patty, cooked to perfection, paired impeccably with the fresh, crisp vegetables and the irresistible sauce that tied it all together. I went up to the counter and asked the employee at the front desk if i could see the staff who made my burger. Why…it was just a kid. A kid who made a difference in my life. I gave him my compliments and asked him to come work with me, but the young gentleman refused. “I don’t do this for the money..” he says so fondly “I do this to advocate for the chefs all around the world..” Chef Ramsey would be proud of this adolescent advocate. If only i had gotten his name…

Unique concept, but disappointing service.I came a couple minutes after opening and the doors were still locked. I was in a big rush so this made me kind of annoyed. After waiting in my car and trying again later, the doors were finally opened.Even though I was the second customer to come in, they were already running way behind because they just received a bunch of mobile orders that they wanted to do first. I didn't mind considering that they seemed short-staffed and I appreciated the heads-up. I do feel, however, that they should prioritize dining customers rather than mobile orders because there ended up being orders just sitting on the counter since no one came to pick them up while actual diners were waiting endlessly for their food.I waited for about 20 minutes for my meal and it was pretty underwhelming. The fries were cold and the burger was pretty bland. They have a pretty interesting way of serving their burgers -- one half with the cooked ingredients, the other with the veggies, then the customer puts it together to form a burger. Because of this, I don't understand why it took so long considering they don't even put the burger together for us.TLDR:* Prioritized mobile orders over dining customers* Didn't open on time* Food was underwhelmingPretty disappointing, but I’m willing to stop by in the future and give them another chance.

I’ll start off by saying I really loved the burger. The ingredients they use here are evidently high quality and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with the food. However, the double cheeseburger is straight up almost impossible to eat without it falling apart in your hands if you get any sort of sauce on it. Although this could’ve been due to my order, I swear I’ve never seen sauce behave in such a slippery manner. Felt like the bun turned traction control off or something. I was wondering if the sauce was infused with teflon.In all seriousness, though, this place is great. It’s a bit more expensive than most places but at least you know you are getting some legit quality food, and we are in southern OC after all; where $12-$15/burger is probably the average anyways. Also, for any fellow Muslims– only the beef is halal here as far as I know.

The basic burger was really good. Everything is fresh and tasty.The service was very good and the young man serving us was professional and pleasant.Compared to fastfood burgers, the price is slightly higher but well worth it. I've found my go to burger place.

Best burger everSo tasty and fresh. Grassed boss burger is amazingly delicious. Their boss sauce is great. And we received the best service. The workers are all so nice. We had a fantastic experience. We'll tell our friends about this place.

When this place opened a few years ago, I was trying to reduce the amount of meat in my diet so I always got a black bean burger. They are ok. I finally ordered the BBQ Boss. Wow, they are really good!

Ordered online tonight for delivery. All the toppings on all our burgers were wrong. Also the sides were wrong as well. Employees obviously are not paying attention. Won’t order again.
