Went to this cheesecake cake factory a few days ago ordered a Chinese chicken salad. the service was great, paid $17 and some change for the salad plus tip total $21. Got home and there was no chicken called them up they said come back will give you another one so we drove 20 minutes back received another one and was told they put in extra chicken. Went home and the chicken was so small and thin that you can barely see it worst salad I have ever had.

Favorite cafe ever! Out of all the Nordstroms locations, the Marketplace by far has the best food! My personal favorite is the clam chowder (they only have on Fridays, until February 20 when they'll have it everyday!) and the Chicken Club with Maple Glazed Bacon sandwich! Great service also, my boyfriend and I have become regulars at this location and the staff recognizes us with a friendly greeting every visit! Very impressed!

I am currently obsessed with their kids menu. The portion is great and it comes with a drink. They have a variety of selection to choose from. So far their triple berry salad, french dip, shrimp marinara pasta, and pizza are my favorite. Service is always very good and the seating area is spacious. Very kid friendly! The only reason I didnt give 5 star is due to their lack of dessert and drink selection. I highly recommend this place!!!

My review is based solely on Cedric. A fine server and a shining example of respect and consideration for others. There was a small snafu with our order. Not a big deal in the universal scheme of things, but Cedric took ownership. Utterly refreshing! Someone taking responsibility for the end product. Offering an earnest apology and correcting the issue straight away. The cafe is strictly that a quick serve rendition of cafe food, but Cedrics service elevated my opinion of this and future experiences.
