I came to this Carl’s Jr. to buy food so first thing I did was go straight to the restroom to wash up and it happens to that there was a Carl’s Jr employee there using the restroom so after I finish washing up I am assuming that he just finished using the restroom that’s he’s going to wash up too but he just came walking out with out washing his hands, I said to him “hey brotha” aren’t you going to wash your hands ? He replied “Why I am on my break” . I said but still you work in the kitchen and you’re a cook at least set the example by working here at Carl’s Jr after using the restroom you should finish up by washing your hands .Then he told me “ do you have a problem with me , do you have a problem with me? ” He started getting aggressive with his voice towards me as he was walking towards me I just decided not to order food there and I left through the front door of Carl’s Jr and as he exited the side door I’m walking to my car he starts telling me again “do you have a problem , do you have a problem? ” I though he was going to get physical with me or something so I just got in my car and drove off This incident happen between 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
If I go to a restaurant and I see the employees using the restroom and after they don’t wash up I defiantly don’t want to eat there and I’ll address it to the managers.
The employee who was being aggressive with me All I remember he was he’s Hispanic he had black hair and he look around like He’s in his 20’s - 30’s , I wasn’t able to get his name but I do remember he had some tattoos on his face by his eye almost hardly noticeable .
I just think if you work at a restaurant and you’re using the restroom around customers see the example by washing your hands.
I did call the Resturaunt after leaving several times but I got no answer at all ,I am going to try to reach their upper management ,Corporate or a regional manager to speak on this issue.
Please don’t eat here employees are terrible and they don’t practice clean sanitation procedures .

Place is dated and needs upkeep. Wood surfaces are sticky from finish breakdown with age. Coke taste was not the greatest. Would not rate this as a must stop at Carl's. Management needs to get more involved.

This fast food Carl's Jr. has been the cleanest place I've been to since a disappointing (Mc Donald's lousy hamburger visit) 8 month ago. The Teriyaki burger was delicious, soft bun, fresh, crisp lettuce, onions and tomato. I wish Carl's Jr. corporate makes changes to the huge board above the counter, showing the burger and on yellow background and large numbers $7.49, while underneath in very small light colored letters $12.99 for a combo. That is not right and is deceiving, especially for seniors who are on fixed income, How about a senior discount for 65 and over? Thank you kindly, Barbel
