This place was awesome. We came for a concert in LA and stopped here on way home. My daughter dropped the tray of food and they replaced for free. Amazing staff , delicious food. Big props to Vanessa .

The app completely sucks the the person behind the counter has no interest in trying to help you out. They just want you to tell them what you want can make a quick. I'm sure that they are overworked but I've got to tell you I've never doubt some of you so rude.

I went through drive thru. The person who answered clearly doesn’t understand as she got my order so wrong. She keeps interrupting while trying to give it.

Yessy is a super friendly person (who stands at the cash register). The level of understanding is 100% (unfortunately, my English is weak and I don’t know Spanish). I ordered food and was very pleased with the service) very tasty chicken burger 🔥👍🏻. cheered me up in the morning.

Honestly, I went in to use the restroom. Overall very clean.
The food is great 👍 😁, but the app needs major improvements!!! I can never use my “older” gift card on it, and the Rams code for the *FREE* ⭐️Famous Star⭐️ for an interception does NOT work, for the 2nd time in the last 3-weeks!!! The guy at the cash register did NOT know how to redeem the code either, so I was SOL ….again!! 🙄

Horrible service asked the lady named Martha because I wanted to use my app and she gave a attitude saying that she doesn’t work with the app I asked what do mean this is Carl’s Jr she told like I said I don’t work with the app very rude didn’t help me because she didn’t want to that’s not ok horrible lady shouldn’t have people like that working as a cashier

I made an order. When I arrived, there was construction which blocked off the driveways, so I walked on the sidewalk to them. When I got there, they had locked the doors. They saw me, laughed, and did the “steering wheel” hand motion, indicating that they couldn’t help me unless I had a car. I could see my order on the table.
Since it was impossible to pick up the order. I cancelled it and left.
