Mission Viejo 10/20/23 1:45pm ordered a large filling cheesesteak ask them to hold the lettuce tomatoes and pickles. When asked if I wanted the mayonnaise I said yes. Got back to my workplace to enjoy my Philly cheesesteak found it had lettuce tomatoes pickles and no mayonnaise. Maybe if you hired people who could actually speak English and comprehend English this might not happen.

The employees were really nice, but the food is pretty bad. The fries taste like they re-use the fry oil. I don't know how many times you have to re-use the oil for that to happen-too many times for sure. It kinda smelled bad in the restaurant; so, I didn't want to eat inside.

This is by far my favorite spot to get a good chicken Philly cheese steak. My advice, don't skimp on the chicken California. It's so good and I get it with extra cheese which is so worth it. Side of fries and a crisp fountain drink will set you up for success and definitely a food coma. I also tried their buffalo chicken version which was good but I'll stick to the chicken California. It's in a mall so atmosphere is a little plain. Overall I plan to keep coming back for more.Parking: It's a mall so depending on the time there is usually plenty of parking. Just avoid during the Holidays.

I had the Philly Cheesesteak which was pretty good. It was a bit messy because the beef was all pushed to one side so I had to do some rearranging. I'd try other things on the menu if I was at this mall again though. The workers were friendly and I didn't have to wait long. Overall, decent.

Gerry was a man that was full of charisma, well-mannered, and a fun person to talk to. He recommended the old-school cheese steak which I may add was very delicious. Packed with lots of steak, just the right amount of cheese and topped off with grilled onions. 5/5 would recommend, and I definitely will be coming back, thanks Gerry.

Staff: They have always been nice here. Today I was helped by Matthew who was friendly, patient, and helpful. I kept messing up my order but he didn't make me feel bad. In the end my order was perfect. Quality/Quantity: The food is always good here. We love the California chicken sandwich which is the bomb. It is chicken with cheese, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and a pickle. Their fries here are always served hot and fresh. I recommend adding the seasoning for the perfect flavor. They also have really good strawberry lemonade. Value: Pricing is fair here. Overall: Been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Definitely will be back.
