Does NOT offer benefits or health insurance to their employees. We live in 28117 zip code and all FT employees do not get 401k, time off, health insurance, dental, nothing. It’s awful. Bad company. They make $18 billion per year and cannot take care of their employees better. I won’t eat there again. I don’t care if each are individually franchised. It should be mandatory for every Chick Fil A restaurant to have insurance. You cannot have some Chick Fil A ‘s offering it and some not. Which is what is happening.

Ordered a chicken sandwich with no pickles and was served one that had pickles. Went to counter to get it replaced and had to wait behind another customer that was on his second order fixing.

paying 17$ for a delux meal that have 5 pieces of chips in the large fries container and missing sauces and a rude guy and the meal took forever to be ready. Stop making the customer pays extra for the student employee's tuition

Good experience through the drive-thru. Quick service, friendly guy taking our order. I did check the order before driving off as other reviews had advised. Accurate order, no issues here today!

I ordered three medium fries (along with sandwiches and drinks). When I got home there were only two fries! I wasn't about to drive back, don’t trust them. Don't leave until you verify your entire order!

Not what it used to be… the food was cold, the fries were not full like they used to be. The employees do not pay attention to detail. Really disappointing to pay so much for food and see that my order is made incorrectly and most of the fries are missing

I recently tried to place a catering order...I went in and spoke to manager. I shared what I want to order, but was concerned that it would get cold before I wanted to serve it. He advised they could provide warming pouches and it would not be a problem. Great, I thought. I was placing my order and there was no place to put any comments, so I called to reconfirm. Spoke with Kevin, the owner of that particular location. Never have I ever been treated so poorly. He yelled at me. How dare I ask for something ro keep my chicken warm on a weekend, when he was busy. The warmers didn't grow on trees, were expensive and were only for those people that placed their orders thru a delivery service My almost $500 "pickup" order was not going to get a warmer. Not to mention he yelled at me for holding my order "hostage". The owner, Kevin, was not only rude and disrespectful, but condescending too. Kevin advised he would call back within 24 hours (he didn't). A few days later when he did reach back out to me, to say no again, there was no apology for his attitude or actions, just his rudeness. I have shared my story with several people (and will continue to share it) I have been told by many, "oh, yes, that location is terrible." NEVER will return there again.

Asked for no pickles, the tag says no pickles, there is not just the two that are usually on a sandwich but 7 pickles. Ridiculous. Would rate lower if I could.
