I recently tried to place a catering order...I went in and spoke to manager. I shared what I want to order, but was concerned that it would get cold before I wanted to serve it. He advised they could provide warming pouches and it would not be a problem. Great, I thought. I was placing my order and there was no place to put any comments, so I called to reconfirm. Spoke with Kevin, the owner of that particular location. Never have I ever been treated so poorly. He yelled at me. How dare I ask for something ro keep my chicken warm on a weekend, when he was busy. The warmers didn't grow on trees, were expensive and were only for those people that placed their orders thru a delivery service My almost $500 "pickup" order was not going to get a warmer. Not to mention he yelled at me for holding my order "hostage". The owner, Kevin, was not only rude and disrespectful, but condescending too. Kevin advised he would call back within 24 hours (he didn't). A few days later when he did reach back out to me, to say no again, there was no apology for his attitude or actions, just his rudeness. I have shared my story with several people (and will continue to share it) I have been told by many, "oh, yes, that location is terrible." NEVER will return there again.

Your whole spiel is that you're a company who cares - that you'll go the extra mile for your customers. But what about your employees? My daughter just found out her grandfather is not expected to last beyond the next 48 hrs, and when she told her manager she would need tomorrow off to be with him, she was told "find someone to cover your shift, or we'll take you off the schedule. Permanently." Very compassionate Chick-Fil-A. Very classy.

Do not abide by ADA laws.

If you have dietary restrictions, be extremely cautious when ordering food or drinks at this location. I specifically ordered a diet lemonade through the app and double-checked with two employees before taking a sip. Despite their initial reassurance, I later found out from another employee that it was actually regular lemonade. This mistake made me feel sick, and it was clear that the staff didn’t take the situation seriously. I do not recommend the location in Smynra, TN .

I ordered 3 #1's in Bremen GA and only got 1 order of fries. it's too far to go back for fries.

Genuinely the nicest Chick-fil-A I've been to in a while. The staff is fantastic, the food comes out quick, there's plenty of seating, and their hours work really well for the community they're in.

This Chick-Fil-A is by far the best location I have been to in a while. It never fails to deliver the best service and food. The team members here are incredibly friendly and make this place worth the travel. Debbie is the sweetest soul, and never fails to clean up; make sure everything is there and keep me smiling! We feel that our meal was overpriced. For what we received. The chicken strips were minuscule and overly cooked. We neglected to make sure our order was complete as there was a missing item that we didn't realize was gone until we got home. I didn't realize that it's our responsibility to make sure our order is correct and feel the staff should do this. Looks like we will be going to Caines

Three times we’ve gone and all three times the orders were wrong. It’s never busy yet it still takes super long to get your food too. Won’t be coming back to this location again

Usually like chicken when I’m in the mood for fast food. Ordered chicken strips today. WAY over cooked. Dry chicken and burnt tasting breading, super dark brown. Hardly edible. Such a bummer :(
