Went with family of four and everyone else's food appeared and and the server let me know my order would take a another two minutes which is fine. After my family was halfway done with the meal I checked in with the server where my food was and went to the back to check. Server comes back and apologies saying it should be out soon. After my family is almost done with their meal the server comes up to say that their was a mistake with the order and was being remade. At this point I just asked for it to go as I didn't want my family to wait for my order. After another ten minutes my food finally arrived and left.

It's great. I always love going to Chili's no matter which one I go to it's always good clean and fast most of the time there's a line out the door just to get a table but the wait time that the give me is pretty accurate for a table

Went in for bowl of chili because it was cold and raining. We
were told it was discontinued. First it was the original chicken crispers and now the chili. Maybe they should change the name to salads. We won't be back.
It's chili's, I don't expect to much going in but they surprise me time to time , this wasn't one of those times but I'll go back.

Chili's was exactly what we expected—good, reliable food that hit the spot. What made the experience even better was how the lively, bustling atmosphere made my kids’ endless energy feel right at home. It’s not every day you can enjoy a meal and embrace the chaos with a smile, but Chili’s managed to pull it off.

Gets a little annoying when ya tell em party for 2 adults and 2 high chairs, yet they still walk you to a booth after waiting. Food was decent, but minor things like not salting your pasta water, or forgetting the lemonade in an arnold palmer kinda make it hard to offer 5 stars. There's also nowhere to sit while waiting for a table, and when ya have youngins, keeping in one spot gets exponentially more challenging.
Kid-friendliness: Nowhere to sit while you wait for a table. Gotta remind em multiple times for high chairs.
Wheelchair accessibility: No auto on the double door entry. Good luck and pray someone nice is nearby.

First visit, very good.
I had the “lunch” special (entree, drink and app).
The Smasher Burger was very good, fries served hot and crispy, good strawberry lemonade, and chips and salsa.
No complaints, friendly service and easy parking.
Recommended.

I’m a regular here and proud to be one. If you have problems in your life, there’s nothing a $6 marg can’t solve.
It was a bad service with the 2 waiters.

We both had the 3 For Me special that they've been advertising on tv. For one very reasonable price, you get a beverage, an appetizer, and an entree among several choices. The food was plentiful and tasty, especially the Smashburger!
Our server, Dan (Crazy D to his friends), was great! He provided excellent service with just the right amount of humor mixed in. All the more remarkable since it was a very busy Friday night!

Chili’s continues to let me down.
The Southwest egg rolls were soggy and had a weird flavor I can’t describe that wasn’t good. The chicken crispers were what you would expect, but not worth the money. Cane’s chicken is better! The Nashville hot mozzarella was actually spicy, but the flavor wasn’t great.
The waiter was constantly bothering us to spend more money and only checked on us minimally. The employee that brought our waters spilled some on the table and didn’t clean it up or even say anything.
The restaurant is also incredibly LOUD inside, (For context, I am not 85 years old. I think it’s the acoustics) but it’s not good for conversation.
