I’ve eaten here nice a week for the past 18 months. The food and service are good, but I got an absolute shock when I went to pay. Thanks to Newsome, it is now $16.32 for a steak burrito with guacamole. It’s officially more expensive than a sit down restaurant.Looks like I’ve had my last Chipotle burrito.

I eat here far too often out of convenience... If you order online through the app (like I do), double check your order before you leave. There have been two occasions where things have been missing. The meat is on the salty side (both the chicken and the steak), so make sure you have plenty of water handy. It is one of the more affordable options in the Shops at Mission Viejo food court.The staff working are generally quite friendly, and are very prompt at assisting with online order pick up.The only thing that would improve this location is to reduce the salt!2023: 49/100

This chipotle can not get mobile orders right. I work at the mall and get chipotle on a consistent basis for lunch. However the last 3 out of 5 times the server has forgotten to add atleast 3 toppings of my bowl. Sad how consistent this poor service is. I will not be buying from this location anymore as it does not feel worth my money

Do not eat here under any circumstances. Staff coughed all over my food, stuffs a mess, trash quality, no one knows how to ring ya up either. Avoid this location go somewhere else.

Never eat here. My husband and daughter ended up in urgent care with bad food poisoning from this location. They ate here 5/29/2023. I will be putting in a complaint with higher management.

Very happy they put a chipotle in the food court of The Shops at Mission Viejo or as some people call it, the Mission Viejo Mall. The food court has really good options with Blaze Pizza and Smash Burger also two of my favorite quick places but Chipotle always wins out because it tastes so healthy, the guac is so good, and it’s priced just right.

Very happy they put a chipotle in the food court of The Shops at Mission Viejo or as some people call it, the Mission Viejo Mall. The food court has really good options with Blaze Pizza and Smash Burger also two of my favorite quick places but Chipotle always wins out because it tastes so healthy, the guac is so good, and it's priced just right. It was quick, the staff was nice and accurate, and the mall was a fun place to shop and grab a night to eat.
I had an AMAZING experience at this particular chipotle location. When I came in I was just expecting regular old chipotle but boy was I wrong. The nice young man Jackson who was working provided excellent customer service, even going as far as helping me figure out how to use those darn tap to pay card reading systems! I wasn't sure what to get so I asked for his expertise to help me choose. Given that he works at chipotle he knew the best combinations of food to create the most delicious and affordable bowl I've ever had in my entire life. The food was absolutely delicious and truly satisfied my appetite after working hard in school for that morning. I made sure to leave him a tip and if management is reading this give that man a raise! Jackson is the type of hard worker that we need more of, everywhere.

Something is definitely up with the staff. Food is alright but customer service is all over the place. There was a lady who im guessing was the manager that kept slamming stuff around and having such an attitude as if me being there was a crime. She must've had anger issues or something cause she was running into employees who were in her way when she was storming around the restaurant. I get things can be stressful while in a rush but barking orders at employees because you lost your temper is unnecessary. There was also questionable packaging for my order with the bowl I got all crooked and the lid on there was barely hanging on.
