We love this place and have been here many times and the staff is always friendly and upbeat. There is a buzz and excitement when you walk in the door. The food is fresh with generous portions. Everyone here is nice especially the guy Stephen. Highly recommended.

The short Latino worker with stubble and arm tattoos should be fired, he was arrogant, rude, and disrespectful. He rolled his eyes and complained when HE mistook my order and demanded “ HELLO” when I didn’t hear him. Don’t waste your time at this location. You will be abused by an insecure little man boy.
Manny the GM has been my worst food service experience in my life, founding out he was the manager was incredibly disappointing, I have never been talked to so rudely before. He literally made me cry, praying he gets fired... he shouldn't even be a cashier.

Never had a problem here until my most recent order. Forgot the cheese, lettuce, and salsa so I was left with just chicken, rice, and beans. Chicken was burnt and rice was overcooked, so it was a major bummer. FOLLOW-UP: Went to the link provided and was funneled into a chat service. All I got as compensation was... a free drink. Just insulting. Not even going back to redeem it

meat has no flavor and the red salsa looked and tasted weird. honestly I shouldve stocked to my home store on el Toro and Raymond way better flavor and food. so disappointed this store really needs better management and to be re-trained. the guy who helped me on the line was the only guy and probably new and he was really great and friendly. I hope this store does better but I won't be around to see.

They used to do a full spoon of protein now poor employees have to count pieces of meat eyeballing. Was just served new 1/2 spoof protein ripoff but charge full price was mostley rice. Super stingy with the meat that's probably why stock price at all time high $2,320. All locations the same worst than Panda

As others have said this location is poorly run with small portions and extra charges. I was charged a "side" price of $1.60 each for getting salsas on the side ($4.80 total for 3 half filled cups). I contacted chipotle support and was told "We have left it to the discretion of our restaurants to decide how they would like to implement extra charges. Some restaurants may charge you about 30 cents to $1.15 if you get 3 or more sides". I came out of there paying $16.00 for a veggie bowl, the same price for meals at El Torito or Sol Mexican Cucina. If you're looking for quick mexican food go to the Baja Fresh on Alicia or Taco Mesa on Los Alisos. They have fresh, healthy and authentic food with great service.
The folks at this location are very helpful. I appreciate that Chipotle raises their meat ethically, and my tummy is happy when I eat here.

By far the STINGIEST chipotle I’ve ever been to thanks to their geriatric manager. They LEVEL OUT the spoon and give you half portions for guac and meat, especially guac, and charged me double for guac when i asked for more when the original serving was as practically half a scoop. The unpleasant controlling manager micromanages the whole staff look so incompetent to the point where they don’t seem capable of doing their job and has them giving out the smallest portions possible. Don’t ever come to this chipotle unless you want to pay full price for half a bowl. Save some money, time, and braincells and go to the chipotle in the mission mall.

Double charged for food. The restroom was filthy and toilet handle was hanging from the toilet. Manager refused to refund the charge or disclose her name. Extremely frustrating.
