Does anyone know if the Cinnabon located @ The Shops in Mission Viejo is still there? I heard they closed down shop and left, not sure how true that is tho. Thanks in advance for any info

Really good cinnamon rolls but the service sucks! After tipping the cow $1.63 I asked for a cup of water and she wants to charge me fifty cents for tap water!? Are you kidding me?! Who the f@ck carries 2 quarters in their pocket? Or are you seriously gonna charge a credit card $.50? I dont think so! You guys are retarded. Great job on losing a customer! Yup and everytime I go in there theres always an employee taking up one of the tables! Good job guys! Keep up the good work we know you dont care about the customers, can you at least try?!

After buying 2 pretzels I went back and asked for 2 cups of water. After spending over $8 The employee said they charge $.50 per cup of tap water!!! Ridiculous!!! We had to walk up to the food court were a restaurant let us have one for free without spending a penny. As a restaurant owner we never charge our customers for water. In fact if a customer has to wait we give them a soda cup on the house. To the franchise owner, don't nickle and dime your customers. They won't return as there are plenty of other options out there.

It's a cinnabon run by high school kids, is the customer service lacking? Maybe, but if you're looking for good customer service this isnt the place. If you're looking to stuff your gullet with sugar and gluten, there is no better place in america. God bless the USA

An employee was mopping the floor and stopped mopping to take my order. She then, without washing her hands or putting gloves on, got the cinabon and rubbed her hand all through the box. I threw the cinnabon away without eating it. Pretty gross

Giving this a one star because first of all they charge for water lol I understand you have to charge for the cup but when I asked for a refill they said they don't give out refills ON WATER! It's coming out of the damn machine it's not like I'm asking for a bottle of water! And the girl working there had an attitude!

Fairly small mall, but I like it because it's not so crowded. Everything looks new and it's clean. They still have all the essential stores and there's a good food court. Lots of parking. I think not too many people know about this mall, but it's a hidden gem. If you are tired of south coast, you can check out this place!

This is probably one of the few traditional malls around where you can shop comfortably. Especially, when you live at this part of South OC. You do have the major anchor stores like Macy's and Nordstrom's. The fashion options like Old Navy, H&M, The Gap and other trendy shops. They do have a decent selection eateries in their food court and of course a Starbucks for coffee time. You'll find a Cheese Cake Factory inside as well. With that said there's a few chain restaurants in some of the mall wings. Need the latest technology? Apple and Microsoft stores are here. On my days off I would take my son on a stroller for a few hours while shopping or when we stop for a lunch break at their spacious food court. Also, there's a play space for kids at the upper level. At this day of age I'm sure you'll find nicer stylized outdoor malls or dinky urban malls in some cities, but The Shops at Mission Viejo keeps it solid, clean, and comfy indoors.

Had a great time at this complex. Did like 3 hours of shopping and had my favorite Aunty Annie's snacks and spent some time at the small play area they got.

The variety of shops at Mission Viejo is excellent. There are many shoe and clothes stores which make it great for planning outfits. The Van's store is especially great because they have different styles of shoes coming in every week. The customer service is also extraordinary. After I'm done with a long hours of shopping I like to get Teriyaki Chicken at the food court. I LOVE THIS MALL!!!!

Tommy Bahama 610 Shops At Mission Viejo, Mission Viejo, CA 92691 Yesterday I visited the store. It was really busy and staff was working hard to service the clients. I usually go to this store and I like the products. However last 2 times I have experienced rude cashier and rude staff members. I understand there is big line for clients to pay, but staff should not take their stress on clients.
