These cookies are awesome and perfect doughy consistency. We have had their cookies a few times and love the new flavors they offer every time. We have had the cinnamon roll and the animal cracker. It’s hard not to buy all of them! Especially because you may never know when you can get it again.These are definitely fresh made cookies and we love them!

We stumbled upon this yesterday while I was out looking for a treat to reward my kids with. I ended up leaving with a whole flat and looking forward to taste testing all of their current flavors with the family. We all loved them. They are moist and soft! Some competitors are too dry for my taste but these are so scrumptious. I will definitely grab a few again for a special occasion or a sweet gift for a friend. Highly recommend!

Thank you for the free cookie offer Charlie! I came in yesterday and got the hostess cupcake cookie, which is a flavor I've been wanting to try. Although it's on the super sweet side, the cookie was baked better this time around, plus it tastes exactly like a hostess cake. The friendly service is really what bumped my rating back to five stars more so than the cookie itself. Thanks again.

Cookie is not cooked thoroughly so if you like raw cookie in the middle these cookies are definitely for you. Not much flavor and so different than when they first opened up and provided samples to local businesses. These cookies are really not worth the hype at all and I will not be a return customer. On the other hand, service was excellent and friendly.

Took my Son here today and the cookies were absolutely amazing!! I went with the peanut butter and my Son chose sugar cookie. They were both so fluffy and full of flavor, not dry at all!! Customer service was outstanding!! The girl that helped us was so incredibly nice! We will definitely be back!

Came in on a Friday afternoon. It was empty...first bad sign. The girl at the counter was not helpful...I asked what their hours are on Saturday and she didn't know...I should have left. Because I needed to bring something to a get together, I decided to just pick up a four pack for $16.50. I got two pumpkin spice cheese cake and two iced oatmeal. I was hoping they'd be soft and fluffy like crumbl cookies. Or at least like homemade. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT- they were dry and stale tasting. The pumpkin tasted more like a ginger cookie...no pumpkin whatsoever. The oatmeal was so dry no one could eat it. Maybe I got them on a bad day but I won't be going back.

I went there for the first time yesterday and thought I was at krispy cream as they have that look and feel from the boxes and such. The young lady behind the counter was super friendly and helpful and told me about all of the different cookies and what is in them. She also asked if I had any allergies which I thought was very impressive. I bought a dozen with chocolate chip, sugar, peanut butter and oatmeal. The cookies are big and outstanding. The only way to describe how they were in my mouth was like an orgasmic experience. It was $45 for the dozen and I gave the young lady at $10 tip for being amazing. Can't wait to get more and I am telling all my neighbors to go to them.

Had a great experience planning a school fundraiser with Charles at Cookie Co. He made the planning easy and was always great at communication. Payment from our event was quick and easy, what a sweet way to raise money! Cookies were great too, I loved the Pineapple one!

Just tried tonight. I was really exited to try. Ultimately at least at this time for the area, Cookie Co. is a far cry from Milk & Cookies. Does not arrive warm, which I understand is a note they do not advertise but their competitors deliver on. Does not taste special. Gluten free cookie is heavily raw oat forward, needs more attention in the recipe and product. Please note - My intention is to provide constructive feedback as needed. I exclusively shop and dine at small businesses. I wish all the very best to these businesses to evolve and in their greater success.If you're on Mission Viejo, at this time for cookies, it's Milk & Cookies or bust.
