Nice little shop in the Target parking lot. You feel welcome when you are there. The menu is A-la carte. I ordered the cold roast beef half sandwich and a pasta salad on the side. About $11. The sandwich was good and the meat was fresh sliced. It had the normal toppings. The pasta salad was not what I expected so, I am going to guess the wrong one was put in the bag. It's a good lunch spot and seems to have many regulars.

I didn't have any expectations... new sammy shop close to home picked. I had the veggie on focaccia and it was incredible. I want to go back and get another one. it's so good. so nice to have a great sandwich place down the street. they were very sweet and packed in a surprise cookie which made my day!

Had a great Italian beef. Definitely a must try. The bread was awesome and the flavor of the beef was really good. I'm a Portillos guy and they aren't really comparable. This was more artisanal. But they are both great in their own way.

The Italian Beef Sandwich was the best beef sandwich I have ever had this thing was full of flavor and the au jus was icing on the cake. Came by here by chance but it will be a staple whenever I'm in the area in the future. On top of that it's a great family run business.

This relatively new sammy shop in Mission Viejo was a great find today! In the spirit of venturing out, we stopped in for lunch. I thoroughly enjoyed my pastrami sandwich on homemade bread and my buddy had the Italiano, which was also spectacular. The service was fantastic and the owner came out to greet us after making our food. There isn't a bunch of space in here. There are a couple of indoor tables and outdoor tables but if you have big group, get it to go. As a bonus, they bake all of their bread in house and it was fantastic. Sometimes the bread to meat ratio is so far out of whack. All you get is a mouthful of dough. That's not the case here. To top it off I had the most amazing chocolate chip walnut, homemade cookie that you can imagine. What a way to end our first visit! We will be back again soon.

Yeah, totally love this place. I'm back every week! Every thing is fresh. The bread has been consistently delish and fresh tasting. A few weeks ago I had a pulled pork special that I wish was on the menu all the time. Tender roasted pork with a bright balsamic vinegar based bbq. Today I got the thanksgiving sandwich special. The focaccia bread tasted like stuffing! Tender roasted turkey with cranberry. Oh man! So good. I think they really can pull the right spices and flavors to make these sandwiches pop with flavor. I know I come in every time I am working in the Mission Viejo area but I have not been disappointed. And if there isn't a special that day, the Italian grilled chicken is my go to favorite. Don't take my word for it. You really have to go try it. Homemade mayo, homemade potato salad, homemade bread. I keep forgetting to snag a picture! I'm diving into these things too quickly! They are picture worthy.

I've visited twice now and there's just a next level to the artisan bread and the perfect combination of ingredients to make the sandwiches taste like the freshest thing perfectly made for you. The tuna salad is delicious and perfectly paired with the home made bread. Kevin is incredibly skilled and puts his passion into every bite. Bonus for the awesome atmosphere and homemade potato chips
