Drove through and ordered 2 blizzards. 1 was okay, the other cup smelled like ONIONS. Weird. So I got out of the car and went in to see if they could make me another one. What may have been the manager, grabbed the cup out of my hand and said I don't smell nothing. I was perplexed, then he offered my money back, I said no, I want another one. He said Do you want to smell the cup? So after this rude man remade the Blizzard, he slammed it down on the counter. I thanked him and walked out. There are no other customers here, so I would think they don't want any customers they may have, to have a bad experience.

First time at a Grill & Chill, didn't know it existed. Arriving, the place looked abandoned and we didn't know if it was opened (more customers arrived after we did)

Sauced & Tossed Honey BBQ Chicken Strip basket 6/10
- food was alright chicken wasn't too dry
- chicken strips were crispy just wish it had a little bit more of the bbq sauce
+ the fries and toast were a little more crispy

Original Cheeseburger 5/10
- average cheeseburger, probably can get better ones at a different fast food
- Fries are alright too

Wow, $16.79 for 1 burger (no fries, no drink) and 1 blizzard. Whaaaaat? And the gaul to ask for a tip??? You order yourself. You pick up your food yourself. The tables are filthy and you have to clean them yourself (they don't bother to).
The burger was standard, not bad, not great. The blizzard however, was dangerous! It said Pumpkin, but I think they misspelled Pumice. Every bite had these very sharp cookie things that sliced up my throat. Even if 100% chewed down, the best I could get was a gritty sand that still hurt. Couldn't eat it at all. So basically I just paid $16.79 for a burger and a sore throat.

Pull up to the Dairy Queen in Mission Viejo and a hand written sign "Our Machines are down because of the heat " I travel the whole nation .... Never pulled up to that at a Dairy Queen even where its 120 or ??? ? Isn't there busiest time when it's hot ??? ?

This place sucks. The manager of this place sucks. They suck at making blizzards properly cheat you on ingredients. They microwave burgers and stand around and wait on drive thru orders and then stand around. The manager handled at least 100 frozen ice cream items without gloves or anything on touching them to get them ready for an order or the freezer. I’ll never return to this location the food has been bad last two visits and the staff is a bunch of useless kids.

I had not had a soft serve ice cream in years. It was so good. Ice cream and blizzards are all I ever got at dairy queen so I cant comment on the other food. To make it even better, I'm now allergic to dairy and the soft serve did not make me I'll. I'd give it 10 stars if I could!! ?????

Low cost hamburger ? and ice cream ? shop. The prices are low, but for the same price you can get better food.

We stopped for a little nostalgia with a couple of Blizzards. The Blizzard was enjoyable, but not how much they charge now for them. It’s not like they are serving premium ice cream. ?

We will just go to Handles next time. The ice cream is considerably better.

It's a DQ grill. Not much hype here. Nice kids at the drive through. Basic fast food. Ice cream is good, but pricey!
