What can I say. The kids and I love the Blizzards. My favorite is the Hawaiian Blizzard. My son the M&M Blizzard and my daughter the Rainbow Blizzard. For us it does not have to be a warm day. In fact we just went during the recent cold and rainy Pineapple Express Storm that hit Southern California. Fitting for my Hawaiian blizzard. Anyway, when you need a treat, ice cream always works for us. Puts a smile on the faces of the grumpiest kids. Haha

I mean, it's Dairy Queen. What do you expect. The ice cream is fine, but the sprinkles! The sprinkles have little DQ logos!

My son and I have a standing tradition: whenever we need a quick pick-me-up or just crave something delicious, we bee-line to Dairy Queen for Blizzards. The drive-thru at our local DQ is always fast and efficient, the staff are total pros.

Haven’t been to a DQ that served food in a very long time. Had lunch with my 3 grandkids. Enjoyed the food & the shakes .

Onion rings were great. Blizzards and the banana split were yummy, too.

It is hit and miss. Always asking for a tip and once in a while getting the order correct.

My buddy had the royal cheesecake blizzard and ended up with food poisoning. 3 of us went last night and 2 of us are seemingly fine but my buddy got pretty sick this morning about 8 hours later. Can't figure out how to contact the franchisee so Yelp review it is. I had a strawberry milkshake and I'm fine. So must have been one of the ingredients in the cheesecake blizzard. Our other friend had a different type of blizzard and I think is okay--haven't heard anything.I'll keep this post updated if any of that changes.I reported the incident to the OC Healthy Agency

Convenient DQ stop on drive back to San Diego with relatively easy off/on I-5 at Oso Parkway. Service is pleasant. Ample shared parking.

I used to work for Madras Dairy Queen in Madras Oregon under late kimm mallard and it was a great experience for a 14 year old teenager and we followed all protocols and followed the basic laws for service and cleaning. Restrooms was always cleaned and ready for customers because washing hands is detrimental for health prior to eating. Open to the public and able to witness food being prepared by the workers in a clean safe environment. Since the pandemic, everything seemed to change for dairy Queen in the bend Oregon stores. My hope is for these doors to open to dine in and for dairy Queen to become quality served to all and everyone following fda regulations and drug testing become a thing for a successful establishment once again. I wanted to speak with corporate about this but I can not find a number or name thru Google. As a child and my first real job, it was a challenge but a great learning experience to learn great customer service. Number one rule of thumb for success is....providing great food and service...the customer is the one we want back. So in hopes for our dairy Queen to open the doors for a great family dining experience again. And become everyone's favorite place for that ice cream treat because we treat you right!

I remember back in the day when a Peanut Buster Parfait was 99¢ and could feed a family of four.
